Found just the right car, at just the right dealership We were looking for a specific used car with specific features near our current home in Arkansas, but was having no luck. While on vacation in our home town of Wisconsin Rapids, my wife suggested looking at some of the local car dealerships. As we drove thru the lot at Wheelers GMC Buick, we noticed the car we had been searching for with the features we wanted. Upon speaking with Caroline Decker she allowed us to test drive the car. It was a pleasant experience and we took 24 hours to consider the purchase. Once we decided to purchase, we explained to Caroline and Scot Savoy that we were getting ready to head back to Arkansas and needed to have the paperwork done and car prepped for our travels back to Arkansas within 24 hours. They exceeded expectations and were ready for us when we arrived. The process was quick and simple. We discovered a small issue with the car and the part was not readily available before we left, but Ben in the service department agreed to work with our local Cadillac dealer in Arkansas to rectify the problem. The issue was taken care of here in Arkansas and he took care of another issue we discovered at no additional cost. The purchase and "after the sale" support we received was above and beyond expectations. I would highly recommend Caroline Decker and Wheelers GMC Buick for future vehicle needs. They set a fine example for all dealerships to follow. More

This was my first time buying a car and had no idea where to start. I decided to check out Wheelers in town and was not disappointed! Right from the start Caroline was super friendly, helpful and definitely knew her stuff. I loved the fact that she could tell me anything I asked about the car. She was very personable and easy to work with. Most car sales associates are pushy and trying to sell you on anything and everything and Caroline was the exact opposite! She let me take my time and gave me the tools necessary to make my own decision. She was always available to help no matter when I called which was extremely helpful as this was my first time and I had a ton of questions! I looked around other places but always kept coming back to the same car and the friendly, helpful service. Disappointed! I took my 2013 Black Diamond Avalanche in for an oil change, tire rotation, and a multiport inspection. When I went to pick it up there were black sm I took my 2013 Black Diamond Avalanche in for an oil change, tire rotation, and a multiport inspection. When I went to pick it up there were black smudges on the drivers door and a small scratch near the door handle that wasn't there before. Also the steering wheel had black grease on it. This is totally unacceptable. More
