We knew what we wanted and Dan was there to provide all the details concerning the F-150. The truck was ready waiting for me to pick up on the designated date and Dan ran through the various details of the truck prior to my departure. If I have one comment considering our burying experience it would have been nice if time was taken to walk us around through the various departments (service, parts, business, etc) and introduce us to the department heads as Whaling City new customers. More
