Had radiator replaced picked up a gallon low of fluid & mechanic left all tools under the hood.Returned to dealer to have it checked out their excuse was air bubble. The overflow tank was dry they topped & mechanic left all tools under the hood.Returned to dealer to have it checked out their excuse was air bubble. The overflow tank was dry they topped it off with water no antifreeze now I have a risk of that freezing and breaking that. No explaination of why the tools were under the hood. Then they let me stand there for 30 minutes before they would give me my keys that was punishment I guess. More

My visit to Westway Ford for service was the easiest and most pleasant visit I have ever had at a dealership. Everyone I came in contact with went the extra mile to make sure I was happy and my car was fixe most pleasant visit I have ever had at a dealership. Everyone I came in contact with went the extra mile to make sure I was happy and my car was fixed properly. They did a free inspection of my car, checked my antifreeze, filled my washer fluid, fixed my low tire light, changed my oil and filter, rotated my tires and washed my car. All in less than one hour. Service was excellent, employees were excellent and I left knowing my car was throughly inspected. It gave me a real peace of mind. THANK YOU WESTWAY FORD!!!! More
