Run as fast as you can AWAY from this place and their broken down used cars!!! I bought a 2013 Chevy Cruze on a Wednesday, it overheated on the way home, not even 2 miles away, and it had no oil or coola broken down used cars!!! I bought a 2013 Chevy Cruze on a Wednesday, it overheated on the way home, not even 2 miles away, and it had no oil or coolant in it when checked. Had it towed to the shop where it cost me $240. The very next day after picking it up from the shop it BROKE DOWN again, still not even 1 week after purchasing it, had it towed to the shop again, only to be told they misdiagnosed it the first time, that the engine head is blown and it is going to cost almost $3,000 to fix it. I am now paying almost the same amount in repairs that I paid for the car. More

The buying process seemed easy, until we discovered that they tacked on extra warranties that were unnecessary and raised the amount of the car loan significantly. When I called to ask about removing them, I was given the run around and instead they tried to talk me into buying another car and trading mine in. I have called and emailed three more times regarding removing the warranties and now I am being outright ignored. Greg, the financing guy, has been flippant and has yet to respond after I reached out several times. I don't recommend shopping here. A dealership should be there for you even after you purchase your vehicle. Westside Hyundai proves that they are only concerned with getting your money and couldn't care less what happens after you drive off the lot. More

A female sales person argued with other salesmen at this dealership about them "poaching" my mom during her visit. My elderly mother was looking for a new car after hers was totaled. She had spoken to sal dealership about them "poaching" my mom during her visit. My elderly mother was looking for a new car after hers was totaled. She had spoken to sales reps on the phone over a period of time, and had made an appointment. Upon her arrival, she was greeted by a salesman, then another salesman appeared. Almost immediately, a female sales person appeared and belligerently insisted my mother was HER customer. The three sales people got into an argument in front of my mother about who she made first contact with, and who she "belonged" to. She found this so upsetting that she left. She did not go back, and wound up buying another new car elsewhere. . If they want to argue over a commission, they need to do so away from the customer. She was upset and I was furious with their unprofessional behavior. More

Horrible service department I had a appointment for a oil change at 9:30am today 3/18/19 got there at 9:15 and didn’t leave till 12:30. When my mom told me she waits there for ho I had a appointment for a oil change at 9:30am today 3/18/19 got there at 9:15 and didn’t leave till 12:30. When my mom told me she waits there for hours I thought she was exaggerating and on top of that she is not supposed to pay of her oil change but they try to charge her. The last 2 oil changes they charged her after she told them she has the maintenance warranty that covers oil changes. She didn’t want to argue so she just payed it. DO NOT GET THE MAINTENANCE WARRANTY! They are going to try to charge you anyway and do not go to the service department unless you are willing to wait over 3 hours! More
