Honda did a great job with the oil change. The check engine light came on and Honda evaluated it thoroughly (took 4 hrs to evaluate). The oil pressure switch, TPMS and rack and pinion steeri The check engine light came on and Honda evaluated it thoroughly (took 4 hrs to evaluate). The oil pressure switch, TPMS and rack and pinion steering were damaged. A huge cost. Honda said it was ok to not fix the rack and pinion steering since it's very expensive to repair. Hopefully the minivan keeps running well in the current condition. More
Met rudely by another service agent being told to go wait in my car - when I was already told to enter the building by my service agent. The service agent couldn't find my appointment - wasn't interested in in my car - when I was already told to enter the building by my service agent. The service agent couldn't find my appointment - wasn't interested in observing my email and made me feel it didn't matter that I even had an appointment. Told my service would take 2 hours for an oil change upon arrival - my appointment was at 9am - the first one of the day. Showed her an emailed coupon for 27.95 - was told it would "be just a little bit more" since it was not a Honda. It almost doubled - and I was told they did the oil change for 27.95 but the oil (again - because it wasn't a honda) was the additional cost. The actual cost was shared at check out. I purchased the vehicle from this store. Disappointing experience and have no plans to return. More

I purchased my vehicle five months ago and it’s been serviced three times now. I was told a new battery was put in my vehicle upon purchase and was just charged $270 to replace it. My service records ar serviced three times now. I was told a new battery was put in my vehicle upon purchase and was just charged $270 to replace it. My service records are not accurate up-to-date. My overall experience has been extremely underwhelming. I feel completely taken advantage of and would never recommend this dealership to anyone. More
