FYI however, My Honda accord hood was left unlatched and might have been an accident had I not noticed at a stop light, got out and latched it completely closed, prior to getting in to higher speed of traffic. I had requested that my Garmin maps be updated. The dealership will not do this for me...a little disappointing, They did honor the warranty and put on a battery that I was not aware was bad. Sorry I don't remember the service person's name. But he's always friendly and my waiting times are less than an hour. Will return. More

Went in for a new starter and alternator 2014 Accord and thankfully it was covered under wa Honda was professional and they gave well rounded service. Went in for a new starter and alternator 2014 Accord and thankfully it was covered under warranty. However of course I needed $500 of fluids and belts that were not covered under warranty. Thank you for looking out for my car, I will get all that done next time I come in. lol. More
Warranty repair— sensor A bunch of warning lights suddenly showed up on my dashboard so I immediately called Tony Looney, service advisor. After a brief discussion, Tony said A bunch of warning lights suddenly showed up on my dashboard so I immediately called Tony Looney, service advisor. After a brief discussion, Tony said the car was driveable but I should come in at the soonest time possible. I immediately drove to Kuhn Honda and was instantly greeted and the car for service. A diagnostic determined that the problem was a wheel sensor and the part was promptly ordered since no Tampa Bay dealership had it in stock. By noon the next day, my car was repaired at no charge. The entire experience lasted less than 24 hours. More

Quick, friendly service My car needed an oil change and I was seen right away, even without an appointment. Mike was the rep who helped me. He was friendly, professional and My car needed an oil change and I was seen right away, even without an appointment. Mike was the rep who helped me. He was friendly, professional and accommodating. I had an expired coupon that he honored, which to me is great customer service and encourages return customers. Mike told me it will be an hour and a half wait because I opted for 15K minor service. It didn't take that long and my car was washed and ready. I am definitely coming back. More
