The techs need more training and attention to details. When they rotate tires, they should check tire pressure and tighten caps. Also, I think they put the wrong size wiper inserts, doesn't cover the wind When they rotate tires, they should check tire pressure and tighten caps. Also, I think they put the wrong size wiper inserts, doesn't cover the windshield. Mike Gillespie, service adviser is great, always does right by me. Maybe more follow up after mistakes are corrected. I do feel I need to check every repair done and do not like that feeling for my security. And these issues are for small items, I feel alittle uneasy if major repairs are needed down the road because my car is getting older. More
