No pressure and respectful I came in for an oil change only. I was uneasy about getting pressured to have other services done, however, the service rep that helped me made me I came in for an oil change only. I was uneasy about getting pressured to have other services done, however, the service rep that helped me made me feel at ease. Said it was ok to get other services done else where. Every time I said thank you, he said you're welcome (the little things to make someone come back). He said my potential wait time was 1 hour, but I was out in 30 mins. They also had service coupons which is another reason I come to this dealership for service. And I think I got a simple car wash too! More

Quick-service even though I did not have an appointment I did not have an appointment but Kuhn Honda took care of my car right away. I was happy to have my car ready as quick as they did and the fact that t I did not have an appointment but Kuhn Honda took care of my car right away. Faulty oil seal Went to this dealership to have my oil changed. About a month later after I got home from work, oil began spewing out of my car. I called them to ask them about it and they refused to take responsibility for it and simply told me to call the Honda dealership that my car is leased from. So, no help at all. I then called the other dealership, they put me through to corporate, who set up a a tow for my vehicle ($82 fee), then after arriving at Kuhn, they told me they did not have a loaner or rental car for me to use in the meantime, so then I had to Uber to work the next morning, then to the dealership ($60). After looking at my car, they then called me to explain that it wasn’t my fault and that their service for the oil seal and oil replacement was free; however, they insisted I needed new tires, so I spent $600 for new tires and a tire alignment. SO, even though it was their mistake- a mistake that cost me $142 altogether, they only gave me $40 off my bill. The only pleasant detail about this entire situation was the man at the service desk who was extremely kind. More
