I explain I brought my 2017 Ridgeline in for it's first service. I am very particular, as I take care of my vehicle and it is evident from the start. I explain professionally and politely to the consultant/advisor upfront. The vehicle was due for oil change and tire rotation after 1 year with only 3000 approx. miles. The service department was not busy at 0700 and I was the only customer at the desk. He was not inclined with any small talk, but to the point and all business. Okay, that's fine. I mentioned more than once about tire pressures being low to start and he explained that it would be taken care of. When I was called back to pay after technician was complete, I asked basic questions of what was completed and how. I also asked to see the oil on the dipstick. He did oblige. I looked over the vehicle and noticed on start up, the tire pressures did not change (still low as I first pulled in). I went back inside and he stated the technician would check again. Tech brought the vehicle around and tire pressures were put to the desired cold temperatures. This vehicle does not need to be driven to get accurate pressures. Once you start it and give it approx. 1 min. or less, I've visibly watched information display change to current tire pressures sitting. Then, it eventually fluctuates up as you drive it. Bottom line, the technician did not take care of the tire pressures as asked or should have done on multi-point inspection, nor as the consultant stated was taken care of. It was not. Had I not checked the vehicle before leaving, it would have been under inflated again. With all this said, I am wary as to what else was not checked or was half-done. This is not the first time I've had poor service from a dealership and it won't be the last. Don't take for granted that the job asked or expected to be done right, actually was. The buyer/owner needs to be engaged. Trust me, this isn't my first rodeo and I do know something about vehicles. I would not come back to this dealership for maintenance, as I cannot soundly say I trust the work being done. On a positive note, the waiting area and food/drink bar is very clean and upscale. Best I've seen. There was a very nice lady that worked behind the counter of the food/drink bar. I wish I would have gotten her name. More
Worst Customer Service I've Ever Experienced Worst experience I have ever had at a dealership/service center. It all started upon driving up to the service center. I pulled up in my Honda and wai Worst experience I have ever had at a dealership/service center. It all started upon driving up to the service center. I pulled up in my Honda and waited for someone to greet me as I had my toddler and infant in the car. I waited. I waited. I waited. As lots of employees walked right past me it was clear I wasn't going to be offered any help. I got out of the car, poked my head in the door to be greeted with, "Sumthin' you need?" This was my 2nd sign that the visit wasn't going to be good. Long story short, the representative assigned to help me was super unprofessional. He talked to me in a VERY degrading manor, repeatedly tried to argue with me, sell me things I didn't want or need, and even made rude comments to my children. In the end he broke something on my car and asked me if I wanted to make an appointment to get it repaired. Lets just say I will NEVER return here again. We are a military family and SERVICE QUALITY is extremely important to us and we value integrity. Neither of which this dealership offers. I even tried on several occasions to call the manager to speak with him about the way I was treated - I even left messages. I still have yet to be contacted. They've lost my business. More
Recall notice for 2017 Ridgeline Pete Perrelli and Kevin Louvier from Service Department. Called you guys and left messages about our new Ridgeline at least 4 times. Still waiting to Pete Perrelli and Kevin Louvier from Service Department. Called you guys and left messages about our new Ridgeline at least 4 times. Still waiting to hear from you. You guys were a lot faster selling us the truck than taking care of this recall. Your service stinks. I guess you don't care about service after selling the trucks. I will also get in touch with corp. Honda and complain. Thanks for nothing Iris Carver More

He has kept my car running smoothly and he cares about his customers. He goes over and beyond to make sure his customers are satisfied with the work done on their car. A few days ago I leased a new car. It was because of the service I get at Kuhn Honda that I came back for a new car. Thanks Tony. More
Unacceptable customer service and inept-sales driven repair We gave Kuhn Honda the opportunity for our business upon moving from Clearwater to Tampa. Our first two visits for service repair were great, however We gave Kuhn Honda the opportunity for our business upon moving from Clearwater to Tampa. Our first two visits for service repair were great, however the third visit was dreadful. On the third visit, we took two cars for oil changes. One car was quoted as needing 1,200.00 dollars in repairs, while the other car wasn't even inspected as stated and was returned damaged. We discovered the damage two miles down the road after we left the lot. Kuhn Honda's response was that they would throw us off the property for trespassing when we requested to come to the dealership to review the video and that the car left the property "intact". We took the other car to another repair shop and found that 400.00 dollars in repairs weren't needed, and the other 800.00 dollars in repairs would cost 400.00 dollars at their shop. Damage to the first car was 300.00 dollars, and we consider it a reasonable price to pay to know how both us and our cars are treated at Kuhn Honda. We will be taking our service needs back to Autoway Honda, regardless of the drive. In fact, if Kuhn Honda was the last service dealership in Tampa for Honda's we would drive to Orlando for repairs. Amazing Salesman!!! We were in for maintenance on our vehicle and thought we'd shop the floor only to run into Thomas. He was super helpful, friendly and personable. I de We were in for maintenance on our vehicle and thought we'd shop the floor only to run into Thomas. He was super helpful, friendly and personable. I definitely would recommend his expertise to anyone interested in a good deal. The facility was clean and everyone was real nice but it was Thomas's attentiveness to detail and acknowledgement to price points that set him apart. I will definitely be going back when it's time to trade in our other vehicle. More

We chatted about the vehicles for a bit, and he answered several questions I had about the minivan. I really liked his down-to-earth,, no pressure style, and while I was not looking to make a purchase today, when I'm ready, I will definitely look for him again to help me close a deal. Also want to thank Pete, my service manager, who has taken great care of me and my car every time I have come for service. It's a pleasure to do business with this dealership. More
Service Review (Brakes) I took my 1997 CRV for $930 brake service. I've taken the car back three days in a row because my brakes continue to lock up. Not only is this dangero I took my 1997 CRV for $930 brake service. I've taken the car back three days in a row because my brakes continue to lock up. Not only is this dangerous for myself but other folks on the road. Kuhn Honda service claims they test drive the car every time. There's no way they have because they would notice the brakes completely lock after 5 miles of driving and stopping in Tampa. Either they're not checking the vehicle or they're incompetent, either way it's frustrating and disappointing. More
