Excellent Customer Service Pete was excellent with helping me determine what services and recalls my son and daughter’s CRV’s required. I had nice coupons due to the recalls tha Pete was excellent with helping me determine what services and recalls my son and daughter’s CRV’s required. I had nice coupons due to the recalls that gave me a 25% off of all services. Since I brought in 2 cars that needed a few maintenance items it was a very welcomed discount. When I came to pick up the cars later in the evening the person who checked me out was very helpful in explaining what all was done to each car. He has worked as a Master Trcnician for many years. Battery Replacement I came in thinking my starter was beginning to fail but it ended up just being my battery. My service advisor was very helpful and courteous as always I came in thinking my starter was beginning to fail but it ended up just being my battery. My service advisor was very helpful and courteous as always but after leaving I felt pretty ripped off for spending $180 just to have a new battery installed. An auto parts store will test your battery and install a new one for just the cost of the battery, so spending $180 seems a little outrageous. I will be back for any other repairs under my warranty, but not for batteries. More
