BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE - Awful. Advise you not to visit this Honda dealership for service. BEWARE! Stay clear of this place! This has been the worse experience I've had with a dealership. I took my car for service and waited for it, when I got it back, the front door would not open right and the exterior door handle was broken on the keyhole side. I called the so called Service Manager, Danny Rivera and he basically called me a liar, no sympathy, he just told me they would not take responsibility because he's heard all of this before? I wasn't even trying to get anything for free but at least hear my story and see if it makes sense! I asked if there was another manager or even the CEO, he answered that everybody was going to say the same thing to me so not to bother, great!! He told me to bring the car to see what it needed but again accusing me of doing it to my car! NO THANKS, I will avoid having the aggravation of talking to him in person and go somewhere else which is probably what he was hoping I would do. GUESS WHAT, I called the Honda on N Florida Ave and they were super nice and told me they could just installed the keyhole cover for $40 THAT IS ALL THAT WAS NEEDED. I will now take my business to them from now on! More
Been going to Brandon Honda for a few years since they are close by. However, I needed their help yesterday since they had lost my locking lug key when they last serviced the car in July. They essentiall are close by. However, I needed their help yesterday since they had lost my locking lug key when they last serviced the car in July. They essentially blew me off. So I went to Westshore Honda and they literally had me fixed up in less than 5 minutes! I realized I had just returned home! I have been dealing with key personnel at this dealership since 1997. Some of these folks go all the way back to Lindell days and they are still serving the Honda community after all these years. Convenience does not Trump massive experience and great customer service I am now back "home". Thanks John! Thanks Tony! More
BAD SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR MY 2019 CIVIC TYPE R - SONIC GREY. 7/25/2020: got my first free oil change after I purchased it last February. When it's done I can smell something weird when I start - SONIC GREY. 7/25/2020: got my first free oil change after I purchased it last February. When it's done I can smell something weird when I start my car, I thought maybe it was normal. The smell went away as I drove home. For the next week, that smell came back whenever I was idling, still didn't think of anything bad. 8/2/2020: came home to find out I saw some oil leaked under my car so I opened the hood and found the cap was never on its place and that all my engine was covered with oil. Called the Westshore Honda and they agreed to see me first thing in the morning on Monday 8/3/2020 and said they will make it right. 8/3/2020: at 0700 I got there and they told me it will only take 45 minutes to clean up everything and I said them to take their time to detail my engine and that I demand them to take me back to work, they agreed to give me an uber/lyft in 20 minutes, but it never happened and that my car was "cleaned", I am sure they just ran it through a machined car wash, I double check under the hood, there was still oil under the hood and asked them to clean it, they clean it again, not even 10 minutes this time, I re-check, semi clean. We had them order one of the sealed that was ruined by the oil. I wasted about 1.5hours that Monday the fact that I had to go all the way to westshore for what they did, they only ran my car into a car wash, never dry it out, car was a mess and they don't really take their time to make it right. The service guys Mike Gillespie can't even confirm about the video he was talking about, he doesn't even know where they sent email to about the service. I never receive any survey email from this place. 8/8/2020: 0800 we were there to have them to replace the sealed. Waited until about 11am they told us they ordered a wrong part, then the service manager informed us that they informed the store manager about this and that they were sorry and said they will make it right for me. Few minutes later he told us they figured they can install the sealed from one of their 2019 honda civic since it is the same part, so then we waited for another 1/2 hour to get it done. The Service Manager told me that he punished the guy who did it to my car, I don't need to know about how he disciplined his employee, all I need to know is how he handled this situation. I do appreciate the tech who came out from the shop and admitted that what he did is wrong and that will never happen again. I am proud of you to do that and I thank you for that. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO DO ANYTHING TO YOUR CAR. I WON'T EVEN BOTHER TO GO BACK THERE FOR MY SUPPOSEDLY FREE SECOND OIL CHANGE. IF ANYTHING I WILL ONLY BRING IT TO BRANDON HONDA WHERE I KNOW I CAN COUNT ON MY SERVICE CONSULTANT. Please be ware and double check their work before you leave their parking lot. Take photos of your vehicle when you leave it for Service! I believe my vehicle was dented while in their possession, but their photos taken at drop-off could not be zoomed enough to see clearly. They have vehemently denied that my car was dented (or even possibly dented) while in their possession. They did have the car repaired by their paintless dent person and it looks about 90% better, but there are still 2 dents. The paintless dent person thinks somebody had tried to repair the vehicle previously in that area, but I have a photo from 7 days prior and there were no dents at that time. Danny suggested my college daughter could have dented the car while at school and tried to fix it. Sorry, I do have the photo of the car after she returned home and no dents. The Dealership Manager. Mark Schols, stated that my car is 13 years old and I shouldn't be so concerned that the dents can still be seen. "End of Story" were his exact words as he said they would do nothing more. Mark Schols also told me that the Service Adviser thought I was kidding about not knowing there were dents when I dropped the car off. The Service Adviser specifically told me that he could tell by my reaction that I was not previously aware of the dents. When I picked up the car from service, there were 2 small but deep dents on the drivers side door and the door was no longer aligned with the fender. There is no way I dropped the car off for service and did not see those dents. I have now written 2 emails to Morgan Auto Group, who owns Westshore Honda, with no response. I will follow up with a phone call or personal visit. FYI: I did purchase a used vehicle for my son 2 weeks ago, we did not look at any vehicles at dealerships owned by Morgan Auto Group. More

I have been working with 'Seth for several yrs. now and can honestly say that he is a pleasure to work with and that he makes going to the service dept. a pleasant experience.
