Two people were part of my excellent service. First is James Young in parts dept that helped me order the driver mirror that had a shaking problem. She called me over to get me started, got my info and what I needed done. She also helped me with my edge guards on my Westshore advantage. She called me right away when my car was ready and spoke to me like a human instead of a customer. Thanks James and Amy!! This was my first service here as I bought my car from here and I’ll be returning for my oil changes in the future. More
