Actually, the service department did a good job there was some delay by the sales department in honoring what was agreed upon from our original contract. Due to a mistake by a service technician performing an oil change, my Honda Fit engine got ruined. Westshore Honda took ownership of this error, replaced the engine at no charge, and provided a loaner c oil change, my Honda Fit engine got ruined.
