This visit was by far the best experience I have had since purchasing my Honda. Starting from the time I pulled up and was greeted, then meeting my service care manager who courteous and thorough, Andre since purchasing my Honda. Starting from the time I pulled up and was greeted, then meeting my service care manager who courteous and thorough, Andrew Burgos kept me posted regularly on status of my vehicle, and was really listening to my concerns and needed upcoming services. In addition, the mechanic gave a very clear and good spirited video of the overall condition of my vehicle (so appreciated). Finally, my vehicle had become so dirty during the hurricane and when I came to pick it up, it was washed and looked amazing. Cannot say enough about how happy this experience was from start to finish by everyone that took care of me that morning. Thank you As a side note - one question below asked how important is the service in my decision on purchasing a vehicle. I literally would not purchase a vehicle from a dealership unless the service that you need for the life of that vehicle was excellent. It would make or break a decision - honestly. More
