Our service Advisor; Amanda was fantastic. She was very helpful & detailed. The car had a notification which was due to something needing to be replaced. She scheduled me in quickly for a foll She was very helpful & detailed. The car had a notification which was due to something needing to be replaced. The work was done within the day, but completed during school pick up and I was reassured that I could keep the loaner until the following morning without having to stress about rushing to go in. The sales team was fantastic at this dealership and we figured the service would follow suit but that was far from true. For over a week we were instructed to call back as they had someone out sick and co figured the service would follow suit but that was far from true. For over a week we were instructed to call back as they had someone out sick and could not discuss repairs with us until they returned, there was a serious lack of communication from the service advisor once we were allowed to drop the vehicle and parts took forever to arrive.
