Service and customer attention have improved somewhat, but waiting time is still far too long and the appointment made has nothing to do with riality. If you have a 10:00 am appointment, why do you start but waiting time is still far too long and the appointment made has nothing to do with riality. If you have a 10:00 am appointment, why do you start working on the car at 11:00 am.? It can hapen once, but not every time. Changing spark plugs was recommended. This is a first for my 17 Volvos I called my own in my lifetime. Pls acknowledge receipt of my comments. More
