I have been a loyal Volvo driver for the last 35 years. I’m lucky enough to have Western Volvo available to service my vehicle. The dealership, Adam Weinreb, the Service Manager and all of the staff have a I’m lucky enough to have Western Volvo available to service my vehicle. The dealership, Adam Weinreb, the Service Manager and all of the staff have always been great to work with and even called me by my first name when I walk through the door. This year I’ve been in more times than planned due to a few small fender benders and minor mechanical issues which were also taken care of by West Volvo. I did have an extended warranty paperwork issue, which resulted in Adam and the dealership taking care of my problem as Good Will instead of making me wait. They eventually resolved the problem, but that jester show their true commitment to Customer Service. They certainly are a Five Star Facility!! More
