I brought my 2024 XC40 to WESTIN VOLVO for a warranty service at the appointed time. The emission control warning light indicator popped up on my instrument dash panel. However, I wasn't too worried abou service at the appointed time. The emission control warning light indicator popped up on my instrument dash panel. However, I wasn't too worried about the indicator since that engine light appeared for a very short time then disappeared and did not reappear. Amanda was our Service Rep. Her work ethic is outstanding. The service technicians located the EC failed part but had to go deep for the extraction and part replacement, That was going to take 3 or 4 more hours. But, Amanda provided us with a 2025 "loaner" so we could return to our home near the Sebring International Racetrack, approximately 130 miles North of Weston. We didn't expect that. Amanda called us the next morning to say that our Volvo was ready to be picked up. And it was Ready! I also had an issue with my iPhone and activating Apple CarPlay. Mr. Palenzuela helped me with that. Nick was very kind courteous, and patient with me, since I am an older retired Senior. We will be retuning to WESTIN VOLVO for the 20,000 mile service. We will celebrate our Volvo's 1st anniversary October 10. More
