This is my fourteenth new or used car purchase and the best sales experience that I have ever had. Our Sales Consultant, Valentin Cruz was so informative that when he was done we really had no choice but to purchase the vehicle because no other make of vehicle was going to provide the safety measures of the Volvo. By educating us on the vehicle features and benefits we never felt pressured but instead felt empowered to make a sound buying decision. Valentin walked us through the whole process and did a lot of the work behind the scenes so that we could come back and sign the paperwork quickly and efficiently. After all the paperwork was done Valentin took the time to explain in detail how to operate the many features and program them to meet our needs. Excellent experience! More
