Westlie Ford Service is terrible They didn't follow the process for warranty claims and thought we wouldn't notice. When I questioned them on it, the service manager, Mario, got nasty with me over the phone. He yelled, interrupted me, told me that he knew better than I did, and basically said he didn't want my business. He became verbally abusive towards me. The GM, Ryan, tried to fix it but he didn't follow through on my requests either. We've been good customers for a long time so I was shocked at the treatment and it's a huge disappointment because their location is very convenient for us. However, they clearly don't want our business anymore. More
Westlie Ford Rocks!! I went in for an oil change on my SUV and decided to look at trucks while I was waiting. Of the 3 I rode in, I found the perfect truck thanks to Marc I went in for an oil change on my SUV and decided to look at trucks while I was waiting. Of the 3 I rode in, I found the perfect truck thanks to Marc Jackson, the salesman who took the time to listen to what I wanted and needed. Next day, I drove out of the dealership with a great truck and a great deal. It was a win-win situation and who can resist that? More

2011 Ford Fiesta was sold to us without second key and owners manual. When we asked about it they said they would find it and call us, but once we left the lot they said they could not find it and then w owners manual. When we asked about it they said they would find it and call us, but once we left the lot they said they could not find it and then wanted us to pay over $300 for another key. They were rude and the MANAGER said, "Well you left the lot without saying anything". Which we did to the sales rep. They were rude and lack customer service skills. I had to contact the owner to get any resolution to this. The owner did give us the owners manual and made another key for us for free. I should not have had to go through such service when we asked before we left the lot and was never told there was only one key. 4 months later I bought another car a KIA this time, if we would have been treated better I might have spent my $35,000 on a FORD! More
Omar did everthing and more to ensure that I was comfortable with my purchase. As in most transactions we had a coulpe of issues, Omar stepped up and went beyond what a salmesman would normally do comfortable with my purchase.
