I have bought six new vehicles from this dealership over the last eight years, and the reason being I know I will always get GREAT service after the sale. I am always able to schedule an appointment quickly the last eight years, and the reason being I know I will always get GREAT service after the sale. I am always able to schedule an appointment quickly. The entire staff at the dealership is always friendly, and will bend over backward to be helpful! I also have purchased many, many accessories over the years, and most required installation. Never have I had to take a vehicle back because of shoddy workmanship! My vehicle is always returned clean, no grease spots on the seats or upholstery. This is truly a professional shop that always strives and succeeds in making the customer pleased. I recently bought a new Kia there, and the service is just as good on this vehicle as on any of the others I've purchased there. More
I met the Service Manager at Chris Leith Dodge when I had my Charger serviced. They did a great job. Got it right the first time. They even washed my Charger which I thought was a nice touch. The salesman was wonderful. No problems there at all. But when I called back to discuss a problem with my trade I was first ignored. Then when I finally got ahold of someone, I was treated like dirt. The engine on a 2001 Chrysler Concorde failed after four years (4/12/05) and the company refused to stand behind the product. All proper maintenence was performed on the car. We don't make them" There seems to be no personal integrity about backing up the quality of the product they are selling. An internet search on this issue (concorde engine problems) reveals HUNDREDS of similar complaints on the failure of the 2.7 liter engine. If Chrysler will not stand behind their product, at least the dealer should! Perhaps then Chrysler will learn by pressure from the dealers. More
