Great service from Jeremy Moulden Took my 2007 Dodge Caliber in for a variety of issues. Jeremy went over all the particulars and I scheduled the service for the next day. I dropped the car off expecting to stay and wait for the work to be done, but Jeremy had arranged for a loaner car. Jeremy consistently kept me updated on the repairs so I would know when to expect my repairs to be completed. He displayed excellent customer service and treated me as if I was his only customer. If you need service, ask for Jeremy Moulden - you will not regret it. More

three cars, three issues inlcuding one car damaged Threes different cars in 6 mos car 1: power steering line: replaced line, but did not clean out fluid standing in under carriage protectors, leaked f Threes different cars in 6 mos car 1: power steering line: replaced line, but did not clean out fluid standing in under carriage protectors, leaked for days car 2: had vehicle for three weeks over three visits- spent $1200 on two "fixes" that were not the issue. Last visit did resolved for $400, had car 1 week. car 3: oil changed: after oil change, took in as oil was leaking. They said they could not find anything. Oil continued to leak for one month, brought back. They found that they had broken the oil filter receptacle when the oil was changed. Had to wait two weeks for part. while in for repair, car returned with the front bumper hit/damaged and now waiting for them to arrange for replacement/repair of bumper on a car less than two yrs old. Bought another new dodge a month ago from another dealer, and will try that dealer for service even thought much farther away. More

I recently took my car to this dealership for a straight-forward simple repair that I, unfortunately, could not repair myself. Ultimately, I was charged for 6+ hours of labor that (2) other dealerships emphatically stated took no more than 2 hours. I had no choice but to pay since they had my vehicle; their response was simply that "the other dealerships don't know what they're doing." I agree that they don't know....they don't know how to rip hard working people off to keep their doors open. Personally, NONE of my vehicles will ever go back to ANY "Leith" branded dealerships and I will NOT purchase any additional vehicles from them. Chris Leith Dodge/Chevrolet/Kia Service Centers are EXACTLY why "dealerships" are known as "stealerships". More
I purchased a 2012 Dodge Avenger and have had nothing but problems with this vehicle. Chris Leith Dodge of Wake Forest does not want to help me out. They keep telling me there is absolutely nothing wrong w problems with this vehicle. Chris Leith Dodge of Wake Forest does not want to help me out. They keep telling me there is absolutely nothing wrong with my car. My problems include steering and wearing tires, transmission shifting improperly, Throttle sticking along with the brakes disengaging while trying to stop. Rmps were over 5000 and my brakes would not slow my car down. I will not be buying another car from them, this was my worst car buying experience. More
