No problem solved Took my car in to be fixed. Two parts are in order, that’s okay, however the rubber on the side of my car is not fixed. My headliner still looks terri Took my car in to be fixed. Two parts are in order, that’s okay, however the rubber on the side of my car is not fixed. My headliner still looks terrible (and it’s a new car) and is coming apart at the seam. The handle is off of my seat so I suppose I’m just supposed to ride around with it like that for a week!! Terrible experience!! The only positive is the cashier was super sweet in the service department and Brian King is always a delight!! More

Friendly, but service center tried to con Came in for warranty service. Got a call saying i needed new brake pads because mine were at less than 1%. pick up the truck and the sheet said 5% and Came in for warranty service. Got a call saying i needed new brake pads because mine were at less than 1%. pick up the truck and the sheet said 5% and 10%. change them out myself and they were at 30% and 50%. They did do a great job on the warranty service other than that i still get calls about my recalls and can't seem to get off their call list. They were also very friendly. More

Not happy with the customer service Went in to have my brakes worked on, told them I had a pulsation in the front. Said my rear brakes needed to be replaced. When I picked up my truck th Went in to have my brakes worked on, told them I had a pulsation in the front. Said my rear brakes needed to be replaced. When I picked up my truck the pulsating was worse than before , took it back & they said I needed my front rotors done. they should have checked the entire brake system before they said the repair was complete. They did do the front to my satisfaction but I should have never had to go back for the same issue twice. Not sure about their techs. I will take it to a GM shop from now on for repair work More

Parts where undone and not re-tighten Took my Cadillac in for inspection and oil change, bought 4 synthetic oil changes. After they cMe out said I needed to replace air and cabin filters Took my Cadillac in for inspection and oil change, bought 4 synthetic oil changes. After they cMe out said I needed to replace air and cabin filters, I told them I would do it. Also said I need tires rotation, also I will take care of it. Got home found my air intake hose lose and my air box full of leaves and dirt. They couldn’t even take time to blow out the dirt or retighten the hose. Used to get good service when this was Leith not so much this trip More
