I recently took my car to this dealership for a straight-forward simple repair that I, unfortunately, could not repair myself. Ultimately, I was charged for 6+ hours of labor that (2) other dealerships emphatically stated took no more than 2 hours. I had no choice but to pay since they had my vehicle; their response was simply that "the other dealerships don't know what they're doing." I agree that they don't know....they don't know how to rip hard working people off to keep their doors open. Personally, NONE of my vehicles will ever go back to ANY "Leith" branded dealerships and I will NOT purchase any additional vehicles from them. Mr. Green was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and patient in helping me choose the best car for me. I spent almost two weeks with tons of research looking to replace my 2011 Scion tC and after coming from a Toyota dealership that left a bad taste in my mouth, Mr. Green was a breath of fresh air. He is not only a great salesman, but a great customer service representative. As long as my future services through them are smooth, I would definitely recommend Billy and Chris Leith Dodge to folks in the future. More
I contacted Chris Leith Dodge a few weeks ago using the chat line on the website. I received a call back from David Lee (Sales Manager) and explained to him that I was trying to trade up to a 2013 Ram 1500 chat line on the website. I received a call back from David Lee (Sales Manager) and explained to him that I was trying to trade up to a 2013 Ram 1500 Big Horn. The particular truck that I was looking for was not available on their lot. David made several calls and called me back a few days later to tell me that he had located the truck that I was looking for at another dealership. David was able to get it worked out so that he could do a dealer trade and he went and picked up the truck. I proceeded to fill out the online application and gave him the budget that I was working with. David made the deal happen. I scheduled a visit to the dealership and when I arrived I was greeted by a gentleman named Paul Hayes. Paul was very welcoming and down to earth. After I went into the dealership to make a few photo copies Paul walked with me out to the new truck and proceeded to go over all of the features on the vehicle. Paul was very informative of each of the features on the truck. He took the time to make sure that I was comfortable with how everything operated. After a test drive Paul took me around and introduced me to the service and parts area. This was a very pleasurable experience with Paul. He made it clear that if I have any questions or concerns that I should contact him directly. Paul and David are the epitome of what great customer service is all about. I just recently purchased a brand new 2014 Dodge Charger. Paul Hayes was my go to guy for this purchase. Paul was very friendly and was very courteous towards time management. Paul knew everything about the new Dodge Chargers and that is always a positive. This is my second Dodge Charger and he was showing me features that I didn't even know my other Charger had. It was awesome customer service and if my next car is a Dodge I would be the first to call Paul again. Paul even took care of me and had the car detailed twice since I had to come back to the dealership to finish up some paperwork the next day. I purchased a 2012 Dodge Avenger and have had nothing but problems with this vehicle. Chris Leith Dodge of Wake Forest does not want to help me out. They keep telling me there is absolutely nothing wrong w problems with this vehicle. Chris Leith Dodge of Wake Forest does not want to help me out. They keep telling me there is absolutely nothing wrong with my car. My problems include steering and wearing tires, transmission shifting improperly, Throttle sticking along with the brakes disengaging while trying to stop. Rmps were over 5000 and my brakes would not slow my car down. I will not be buying another car from them, this was my worst car buying experience. More
