We sincerely apologize that you had a less than perfect experience with our dealership. The 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan does not come with a standard spare tire as most vehicles have moved toward a "tire mobility kit". We apologize that you were not directed to the appropriate resource when you called into the dealership as you are provided roadside assistance to help with the mobility kit from the manufacturer and there are departments here who are equipped to help facilitate communication on that particular front as well as provide you the information needed to initiate a claim if need be.
