Do Not Honor Coupons/ Nickel and Dime They do not honor their own coupons. They are a nickel and dime service center. I called last week (5/14) and requested an appointment for transmissio They do not honor their own coupons. They are a nickel and dime service center. I called last week (5/14) and requested an appointment for transmission work and noted I had a coupon of 15% off. They gladly took my information and made an appointment for today (5/22). I dropped my car off at 7:30am and they called saying it was ready at 3:45PM. I ride up there to get my car and before paying I hand the guy my coupon. He says I cannot use that coupon as I did not state specifically to him I had a coupon when I dropped the car off. However, I dropped the car off with in a completely different guy that morning. He stated the warranty would not allow him to go back and change the price. The rebate should have been for $45, instead he was so worried about his profits he gave me a lousy free $4.00 car wash. He did not offer an item with a comparative compensation like a tire rotation or oil change. I am very disappointed the manager allows this type of business to be conducted. More

We wanted to look around for another vehicle , since mine was totaled on Monday. Rolf Huggins a salesman took the time to shows us around in the rain. We were going to walk to the building to pick up our vehicle and Rolf Huggins (salesman)) offered to walk and pick up our vehicle for us. What made this so special to us is that Mr. Huggins was not our salesman and he took the time to help us reconnect the uconnect to the Dodge Challenger we purchased on Saturday. ExpressLane service non-existent I am extremely disappointed with the unavailability of an "Express Oil Change" on a weekend. This is not the first time I have had this problem at the I am extremely disappointed with the unavailability of an "Express Oil Change" on a weekend. This is not the first time I have had this problem at the Westgate Mopar service center. Not being able to drop my car off at 12:30 and have it serviced before the end of the day is an unacceptable service level in my opinion. Either the service should be discontinued/renamed or appropriate measures should be taken to ensure that an "ExpressLane" oil change service can be provided within reasonable time frame. More

But I've brought my brand new 2017 Grand Cherokee Limited in 3 times for the back window leaking water. They replaced the window twice and they took over a week to get it back to me each time. I've had my car for 2 months now but I've only been able to drive it for 1 month. Make the drive to another dealership because I know I will never buy from these people again. More
The worst customers. They have the worst customer service. It use to not be this way. I brought over 4 vechiles from here. Never again, the customer service has changed greater. It take over 7 days to get a service appointment. Once you get the appointment, they will keep your car for a full day. They don't even take the time to call the customer. So you can make arrangements. The next day they will tell you your car is first in line. It will be ready by a certain time. Which wasn't true at all. So you will wait a full two days. To get your car back. Even when you had a early morning appointments. Days before that took you 7 days to get. No thank You, we will be going to another dealership for now own. When you call and ask about your vechile. You will be on whole for a while. If you ask to speak to a manager they won't call you back. The worse customer service ever. My last appointment for a oil change took over 2 hours. And they advertise quick oil change for life. More
