Quick oil change even without an appointment I needed an oil change and didn't have an appointment. They took me in and had me put the door in less than an hour. Nice job! Great service! I went into the service department and each person was very courteous. I thought that I had to wait a for a long time. But, they were fast and prompt. I loved the waiting room because there's TV, snacks, and coffee. You can plug up any of your devices. It felt like home. Oh, they also gave me a complimentary, carwash. I would recommend their service dept. More

Recommend with Reservations (Update) My wife and I have not had a good experience so far with this dealership. We bought a brand new vehicle and took it in for an issue along with a warra My wife and I have not had a good experience so far with this dealership. We bought a brand new vehicle and took it in for an issue along with a warranty service and it has been a struggle just to get the service department to communicate with me about the status of my vehicle. Going on day two with much frustration and miscommunication about this issue. There have been a few positive people that have tried to help but overall I would not recommend this dealership at this point. Update - Management did contact me on these issues. They are working hard on getting a service center open to reduce issues with service related complaints. My issues with the dealership have been resolved and I felt I should provide an updated response to my initial evaluation. Larry worked hard to handle these issues and I appreciated his communication with me. More

I called last week (5/14) and requested an appointment for transmission work and noted I had a coupon of 15% off. They gladly took my information and made an appointment for today (5/22). I dropped my car off at 7:30am and they called saying it was ready at 3:45PM. I ride up there to get my car and before paying I hand the guy my coupon. He says I cannot use that coupon as I did not state specifically to him I had a coupon when I dropped the car off. However, I dropped the car off with in a completely different guy that morning. He stated the warranty would not allow him to go back and change the price. The rebate should have been for $45, instead he was so worried about his profits he gave me a lousy free $4.00 car wash. He did not offer an item with a comparative compensation like a tire rotation or oil change. I am very disappointed the manager allows this type of business to be conducted. More
