This in itself was an experience as I felt the manager Charlie was over eager to make the I bought a 2018 jeep wrangler in April at this dealership. This in itself was an experience as I felt the manager Charlie was over eager to make the deal himself, instead of the sales lady I had. At the sale he promised that he had added a backup camera "for free". This was repeated several times during the sale negotiation. In September, I decided to schedule the installation plus made a request for a hitch and wiring to be installed if possible to be completed by the 27th. I assumed that my information for the new Jeep had been made to their records. This was not true, but was fixed during the maintenance time request (Wednesday the 12, 10:30am). I then found out that the backup camera needed a part they didn't have in store (shouldn't this have been checked before scheduling?). I have called several times and found out that the vender didn't even have the part yet. This is incredibly frustrating as I have both lost work time trying to find a way to my job (I wasn't offered a rental car, which is also part of my maintenance agreement), and I feel that it's completely unreasonable to have to wait this long for a part that should have been ordered first. More

I have NEVER bought a new vehicle where they did not fill it up with gas for you before you drove it off the lot! I was called back later that afternoon and was told that the vehicle would not be ready until the following day. Paul the associate kept me updated and had the vehicle ready with the issue resolved by early afternoon the following day. More

I showed the service lady where I was charged for a rotation that was not done but she said they had to charge me because that was the policy. I told her I was not charged the last visit. She proceeded to pull up a visit prior to the most recent one and show me on the screen. I felt that she knew that wasn't the most recent visit but figured I was not looking at the dates of service. When I called her out, she then said they was suppose to charge me but did not. Anyway I felt this encounter made me feel a little different about Westgate. I was in the process of considering purchasing another automobile from Westgate but not NOW! More
