Managed to schedule an appt without a problem - however when I called back to confirm windshield replacement and a loaner car, I couldn’t get a hold of them for 3 days. I was on hold for over 30 minutes a when I called back to confirm windshield replacement and a loaner car, I couldn’t get a hold of them for 3 days. I was on hold for over 30 minutes all 3 times and then left a vm which was never returned. The 4th day I finally reached s woman who was very rude, would not share the service managers name or number with me and told me he would return my call in 10 minutes. I’m still waiting…AND THAT WAS YESTERDAY! Needless to say I will NOT be bringing my Jeep here for service! More
Great place to buy a car. But worst place EVER for maintenance. Don’t go there. You will save yourself a lot of time and frustrations. Absolutely the worst dealer and service dept. EVER! They refuse to return msgs or pick up their phone on hold (more than 30 min!). I could never recommend this dealer under any circumstances. Westgate warranty for life is shame. They make your 5000 miles oil and tire service so painful in hopes that you drop out and void the warranty. My husband was inquiring about a car for sale, and she responded by saying, "you have too many questions for me to deal with over the phone." Then she asked my husband for his email because she didn't want to talk to him anymore over the phone and hung upon him. I recommend everyone to take their business elsewhere. I guess this dealership fails to realize or remember the customers have the power because they are the ones who pay. Great customer service makes a big difference!!! More
I made a 9am appointment for Friday, May14th to have blend door actuator replaced and TPSM replaced on my Jeep. First of all, every time I show up at this service department, one person sitting at a computer tells me that someone else will be with me shortly, and they continue to stare at a computer helping no one. Drop my Jeep off, the guy says he'll call me to update me once the repairs have been approved thru my protection plan. I never heard a word from them the entire day. Around 3:30pm, I try calling to find out what's going on with my vehicle. I get told by one receptionist that she was going to go find out, then have someone call me back. I wait an hour and still hear nothing. I call back, and no one answers the phone. I keep calling and calling in an attempt to reach someone before they close up shop for the day. I finally get another receptionist who says she's not in the service department, and tells me that all the managers are in a meeting. She says that she will personally go find out the status of my vehicle and call me back. I wait another hour, and I never hear from her. Around 5:50pm (service department closes at 6pm), I finally reach a manager named Barry. He informs me that the person who wrote up my vehicles ticket has been very busy all day, and that all that had been done to my vehicle since I dropped it off was a diagnosis of what needed to be done. He also informs me that they may not be able to get a part for it until Monday. I tell him that I need my car for the weekend, so I want to come pick it up and we agree that I'll bring it back on Monday. Today is Monday, and I called the dealership to speak with the manager Barry, and he informs me that someone named Chris has deleted the ticket for my car, so now I would need to bring it back so they can diagnose it again, and tells me that "asking if my car will get fixed today is like asking him if its going to rain on the 4th of July". I'm not one to ever write reviews, but this situation is beyond frustrating, and it doesn't really seem like the dealership cares about their customers. HORRIBLE customer service. More

When I picked up my truck, there was a large spot of grease on my cloth seats (truck was still pretty much brand new with no stains anywhere). They did clean the seat, but the stain still remains. Overall not a bad experience, just frustrating that no one saw the spot and they didn't clean it all the way. 2nd experience August4, 2020 - Took truck in for oil change and transmission leak. Specifically told two people (during appointment set up and when I dropped off) DO NOT rotate my tires. I had just got new wheels 3 weeks ago and did not want them damaged and the tires did not needed rotated yet. They rotated them anyway and went through my glove box to find the key for the wheel lock. One wheel was nicked a little and they left out one of the chrome screws on the center cap. They removed my hitch and did not put it back and cannot find it. Plastic seat cover and floor mat were left in the truck for me to dispose of. The counter folks were nice enough, but the QC needs a lot of improvement. More

Lie and Double Price on Everything I took my van to Westgate Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram and they definitely overprice everything so high it's insane. They charged me $505 for a Steering Angle Sensor/Clock Spring and when I told them that I saw those priced much lower online and on several different sites, they said, well that's what your car's part costs and I said, then show me how you got that part price and conveniently their parts guy wasn't there and they conveniently didn't have a way to pull up the part on the service computer, then they pulled out my receipt and said...see it says it right there, which anyone could type in. Then they charged me $350.00 for labor to put it in, when I had gotten a quote from Pep Boys earlier and they said they would charge $152 to do the same job. This is the second time that this dealer has screwed me over and I only took my van there cause I had to get it towed, I couldn't drive it. The other time I took it in for a "free recall fix" and then they called me and told me that my battery was completely dead and there was no way to charge it. And I said, I'm picking up my car, so you better figure out how to charge it and miraculously, they got it charged. Then I took it to another service station and had my battery checked and they said it was fine. Don't buy a car here or take your car here, they absolutely screw you over and no one cares. I give them a BIG BIG BIG THUMBS DOWN!!!!!!!!!!! More
