Westgate Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM - Service Center

Took my truck in for service on Aug 3rd. One of their employees ran into it and damaged the quarter panel. Here we are two months later and it still isn’t fixed. They refused to provide a lo One of their employees ran into it and damaged the quarter panel. Here we are two months later and it still isn’t fixed. They refused to provide a loaner vehicle while they kept it for the first 3 weeks without completing the repair. After 5 weeks of going back and forth, I just took it for an appraisal to turn over to my insurance company. Over $2000 damage to the truck. The worst part is I was there for recall work when they decided to wreck my truck and cost a lot of money out of pocket. Extremely poor service and they clearly do not care about their customers. I will never go back and would advise others to take your vehicle to another dealer for service. Is it possible to give minus 5 stars? More
