Westgate Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM responded

Sorry to hear of this customer’s dissatisfaction. However, we feel we have gone above and beyond to assist in discounting repairs. In fact, it’s important to clarify that the original blend door work was done under the previous ownership and we offered a 40% discount to rectify a repair that was not done by our company. Regarding the radiator repair, the radiator we installed carried a 12 month/12000 mile part warranty (9 months/9,000 miles more than many parts manufacturers). Since the radiator was installed, we understand 14,000 miles have been put on the vehicle so coverage on the part has expired. Furthermore, we have not had a chance to diagnose the radiator issue in our shop -- the estimate on the radiator is from another dealer. If we can see the vehicle we will do a diagnostic free of charge (there may be an alternative repair available). In good faith, we have again pledged to help by discounting the repair on the radiator and our offer still stands.
