But I've brought my brand new 2017 Grand Cherokee Limited in 3 times for the back window leaking water. They replaced the window twice and they took over a week to get it back to me each time. I've had my car for 2 months now but I've only been able to drive it for 1 month. Make the drive to another dealership because I know I will never buy from these people again. More

Other dealers were mom responsive or extremely pushy, but Westgate was not. They were all about service...finding what out what I wanted and ensuring they met those needs. Working with Valeryia was the most pleasant experience I've ever had buying a car. She was always quick to respond to a question, very knowledgeable and was not pushy at all. She seemed just as excited about my purchase as I was. It was well worth the 2 hour drive to purchase my Jeep from here! More

Waste of Time Staff is awful and have no clue. Spent hours on the phone trying to come to agreement, was told over the phone that we could get into the car wanted. Staff is awful and have no clue. They advised that we would need to come in for final numbers, drove over an hour with 2 kids, just be given same numbers were given over the phone and told that there was nothing more they could do. All of this could have been handled over the phone, instead I had waste my time and gas for nothing. More

The worst customers. They have the worst customer service. It use to not be this way. I brought over 4 vechiles from here. Never again, the customer service has changed greater. It take over 7 days to get a service appointment. Once you get the appointment, they will keep your car for a full day. They don't even take the time to call the customer. So you can make arrangements. The next day they will tell you your car is first in line. It will be ready by a certain time. Which wasn't true at all. So you will wait a full two days. To get your car back. Even when you had a early morning appointments. Days before that took you 7 days to get. No thank You, we will be going to another dealership for now own. When you call and ask about your vechile. You will be on whole for a while. If you ask to speak to a manager they won't call you back. The worse customer service ever. My last appointment for a oil change took over 2 hours. And they advertise quick oil change for life. More
