I explained the issue and she was very quick to get my car in and set me up for a shuttle ride to work. I spoke to Michelle about a possible loaner, but none were available. I was called by Holly that same afternoon to tell me my car was read, What? Really.. you just got it, I told Holly. She must have worked magic to get me in and ready to go in the same day.
