When I came back two weeks later she remembered who I was and what car I was interested in. A lot of places are going to so-called no pressure or transparent pricing, which is a nice way of saying take it or leave it. That is not the case here. From what I could tell the prices were more than fair but if you think it’s a little high or have seen better deals elsewhere don’t be afraid to say so. If she can offer something better, she will. But also don’t expect too much though because like I said, the prices are fair. More

Used ProMaster My salesman was Wes. He was extremely likable and down-to-earth and we had a fairly good understanding of each other immediately. On the test drive th My salesman was Wes. He was extremely likable and down-to-earth and we had a fairly good understanding of each other immediately. On the test drive the rear end of the van was making a racket. Upon returning to the dealership West was able to get the sales manager and the technicians to repair the van while I waited. This is great customer service and knowing how to treat an individual like you would want to be treated yourself. The only negative experience I had was when I was paying in full for the vehicle. They did not want to come down much on the price. I understand the cost of the repairs but there should be at least $1000 wiggle room in a used vehicle. I'm in the service business myself and know quite a few used car salesman and know what the markup is on a used vehicle. Overall I'm very happy with the van but I wish I could have got that thousand off. More
