Buyers BEWARE! ! This dealership is a total joke. If there was a 0 star I would give it. Bought a pre-owned 2021 Jeep in June 2022. First. I absolutely love this je ! This dealership is a total joke. I absolutely love this jeep but unfortunately it comes with issues that stem from sales, service and management. Second. From day 1 I have nothing but the run around. I was told by the salesman by the name of (preacher man & appraisal guy Mr C) that this jeep had the WIFI Hotspot radio(8.4) included in the option with the exception of a few ex..heated steering wheel. heated seats & front rock camera. So after I signed the agreement it took me 4 weeks to try myself to figure out what was wrong as to why it had no wifi Hotspot. Of course no luck, so I then took it into dealership to have it flashed..still no wifi. I looked deeper into the situation myself the radio didn't have the hot spot from factory. I contacted the dealer again as to the situation what they was going to do about my radio that I was supposed to get from dealer..so you know this run back and forth for 6 mos of course still no radio upgrade. Then the salesman called me on a Thursday told me to come in and he would trade me out of this jeep for another, so I did he done his #s told me I had to have an excess 15k more to go down on my current jeep to get into another. I wasn't giving you that extra $$$..Already took 5k and 2 trade-ins. I personally asked both guys did this jeep have wifi hotspot on it they said yes it does have wifi and all the bells and whistles on it. So I have been flip floping back and forwards with this dealership. Then was called and said I had to basically not have a Jeep if I wanted to trade out for another non jeep model. Second issue started 2 weeks after I signed contract the motor started knocking and no one could hear it. Compared jeep for jeep side by side they still didn't hear it. They changed the oil and put Phazer in and they thought it would quieten it down it did for 2 days same ticking came back. Weeks later still no call from them to schedule me an appointment to come in for repair. After the no call from the service department. I contacted Stalantis got them involved and the issue was put in the shop. Thanks Stalantis for your help. .They finally did 4 months after the initial problem. Right side cam shift put in along with 6 lifters. Got that issue squared away. Another issue arose. My suspension was make a loud rattle sound. Called to schedule an appointment brought it in..Noone could hear anything. They said tailgate was loose..tailgate was fine didn't rattle with me. Got it out again. Each trip I inquired about the radio situation I always got blowed off. Then carried back again for the loud suspension problem. Took 4 people out on test run so they could hear the rattles and tyranny issue but Noone heard the noises in suspension or tyranny. The last guy heard the tranny noise after mimicking they way it makes the noise. So I left it for almost 2 weeks they called and said it was ready. So I went pick up the jeep before I got to the front of the dealership that rattle was still present. Called service the following business day and told them what it was doing and they said bring it back and they look at it. So they untighten and retighten all the suspension bolts. But found nothing. So just few days ago the jeep broke down from the rattling and had to get it into a shop. Techs found out it had a broken strut which could be life threating to myself or others. These mechanics don't know much about jeeps as they claim they do.. Called this dealership to elaborate what had happen earlier this week. Told them their shop don't have good mechanics if they had they could've corrected the problem before its too late. Third. I called jeep dealership back today to inquire about my radio ...he gave me the honest mistake for his employees. That his salesmen made a honest mistake. I asked him to trade me out of it for what I have in this jeep about 53k he said he would work on ot came back wanted me to trade jeep for a SUV..nope not happening I have one already. He said I need to be at the 42-45k range..eve said what I got in this do even trade on same jeep but different radio to satisfy me. Last words he said "I guess you will have to keep your jeep we can't do nothing" In closing to the people who read these reviews..do you homework check out these dealerships especially this one they will lie honestly to your face to get your signature then it's on you then. They never offered a extended warranty to me..they said finance company would not finance ot in payment(bull crap) so what if I wanted to pay cash? The dealerships make money off these warranties. Beware Beware Beware..!!!! Take your car business elswheres..shady dealership. More
