To say that Kaylon Williams earned his commission while dealing with this very picky client is an understatement! lol! I had a very specific and set list of things I wanted and didn't want on my next Jeep dealing with this very picky client is an understatement! lol! I had a very specific and set list of things I wanted and didn't want on my next Jeep Cherokee! Kaylon worked for the last 11 months to find the vehicle I really wanted with all the features I was looking for! It wasn't an easy process for sure! It all started last year in September 2021 while I was helping Kaylon & Megan coordinate their wedding. We wrote down a list of what I was looking for and Kaylon really did offer every vehicle that was close to my requirements! (he really thought the vehicle I wanted didn't exist! lol!) Then in September this year he found a Jeep that fit the bill. I was super busy with my full time job and wedding planning so I didn't have time to go in and personally look at the vehicle but I trusted Kaylon and he and Casey in Finance had everything ready to go for me when I came in to sign for the Jeep. They were fast and knowledgeable and answered my questions! :) I may have been a little annoying with the ???"s! lol Took the keys and headed home. In my excitement to have finally found a vehicle I failed to notice that it was not a 4x4 Jeep and that was something that I needed for sure. So I called Kaylon on the way home and by the next day he had found another Jeep with 4x4 on their Marion lot and he had already had it moved over for me. I went and swapped vehicle and not only did Casey have the paperwork all ready to go, he was able to keep my same deal and financed amount as the other Jeep. They have the body shop ready to fix a couple small items and will have things ready to go for this super busy wedding coordinator! Kaylon made the whole process so easy and fun! It wasn't the awful back and forth trying to make a deal, it was quick and right to the point! I had always said that I wouldn't buy a vehicle from McGrath's, but Kaylon and Casey made a believer out of me! Way to go Kaylon!!! You're the best!! Thanks for sticking it out for a long 11 months!! But we made it to the finish line!!! More
