I had a good experience with Justin and the rest of the staff at this dealership. He was very helpful and allowed me to look the vehicles over as I pleased. I purchased a much needed vehicle that I am ver staff at this dealership. He was very helpful and allowed me to look the vehicles over as I pleased. I purchased a much needed vehicle that I am very satifisfied with. There was one issue that occured after the purchase with HVAC vents. I have asked Justin to look into the issue and he told me he would. I have not heard back yet, but it has only been a few days (besides I know where he works). I think the issue can be easily resolved and it sounds as though the dealership is willing to help. Overall it was a good experience and there was a good selection of vehicles. I gave this dealership the rating I did because everything they did was excellent. By far the best car dealer I have ever dealt with! Their customer service was almost unbelievable. I found the car I wanted on their website and started emailing them with some questions I had about the car. I put on there that I only wanted to be contacted by email and I would call them if I needed something from them. They never called and tried to talk me in to doing about buying the car. When I had requested this with other dealers I would get a phone call a second after I asked them not too. Marcus Murphy was the salesman that helped me with all of my questions and never once did I feel pressured to buy the car in anyway! I have never bought a car I didn't get to see up close and never thought I would. But I decided to buy the car and then I started to worry that I didn't see the car first. So Marcus got out his phone and and made a video of the car from inside and out. You tell me that any other dealer would do that especially since I had already bought the car. I didn't ask him to make the video and I would have never thought of it on my own! I lived 7 hours away and they delivered within 3 days. I figured it would take at least a week. I could write a book on how awesome my buying experience was with Marcus. I suggest if you find a car you like from these guys give them a chance because I'm positive you won't need to look anywhere else! Thanks again Marcus for making it so easy and comfortable purchasing my car! More

Nick greated me at the door and asked if I was looking for anyone in particular which was much better than the usual vultures you get at some places. He could tell i was hesitant and was very patient with for anyone in particular which was much better than the usual vultures you get at some places. He could tell i was hesitant and was very patient with me, answering all of my questions thoroughly. He found an awesome vehicle for me that fit almost all of my requirements. Due to situations outside of his control I did not purchase a vehicle however, I would recommend him to anyone. He was eager to get me into something for me not so he could make a commission. I would recommend Nick and this dealership and while I hope I don't have to be car shopping anytime soon, i will definitely give them another chance! More

I came to the dealership under extreme circumstances in the hopes of being able to get a loan with very poor credit. Mike, my sales rep, was very accomodating and moved quickly to get me into my vehicle. I the hopes of being able to get a loan with very poor credit. Mike, my sales rep, was very accomodating and moved quickly to get me into my vehicle. I gave all the money I had for a down payment which was less than what they wanted however they understood. My children and I were escaping from an unsafe situation and this car was very critical for us to be able to move forward with our lives. Mike was great, that is not the problem. I have yet to make a first full month's payment, have not received my plates or registration. I had to take the car into a mechanic's shop due to a noise under the front end. After inspection I was informed that there are safety critical issues with the vehicle and because of that it was not safe to drive and was handed a $700.00 invoice. I reached out to my sales rep, Mike Egen, provided the invoice and asked for assitance. I have yet to get a response. This is the third vehicle I have personally driven off their lot that had immediate costly issues with it. I came to McGrath auto group trusting that the "third time" would be the charm. As previously mentioned, I gave all my money as the down payment, I cannot afford to put $700.00 into the vehicle less than a month after purchasing it. I am very disappointed that my request for assistance has been ignored and will not be returning when I am ready to upgrade in December. I have been informed that this organization is notorious for selling lemons and now am a personal victim of this. There is a competitor, Junge Automotive, in the area, I will recommend and conduct business with them in the future. Thank you. More
