Vanessa made me feel very comfortable from test drive to final sale, she has a very good way of being attentive and non pressuring. She found me the perfect car for my budget and lifestyle. I couldn't believe the low APR they offered me for my credit score and to top it off only $500 down, this was a no brainer. Also 3 year full extended warranty, need I say more. Thanks to the General Manager Sam, he helped get me an offer I couldn't go wrong with, your the man Sam! I thank the entire team for all the help and no stress deal. They made me feel comfortable like I was part of their family, which I now am. Very pleased, and for a used car it still looks brand new and super clean! Both Albert Aboujoude and General Manager Sam Hijazi were low-key in their sales approach, knowledgeable, informative, and friendly. The vehicle I purchased was made in 2007 and had almost 100,000 miles on it, but it could pass for a new vehicle fresh off the assembly line. Ultra-clean, no dings, scratches, dents, etc. even though it is a "trail ready" SUV. They obviously spend a lot of time and money prepping their vehicles for sale to make sure everything is right. Their web site says they are committed to doing deals "with the highest degree of integrity and transparency." I'm sure lots of auto dealers say that, but Westcoast really means it. They walked me through the Carfax report and pointed out details that I might have missed. When they didn't immediately know the answer to my questions, they said so, rather than bluffing. The only time in my life I've had an easier vehicle transaction is when I bought a car from my father. These folks are first rate professionals. Highly recommended. More

After contacting them via internet on a car that I was interested in, I was given to Argenis who asked what he needed to do to make this deal final. He did a great job being able to give me the car for the price that fit my budget and working with my trade in. He was friendly and quick to respond to all my calls and emails. When I arrived at the dealer (which was not in the area that I lived in), they had the car up front and ready for show. Ali showed me the vehicle and answered all my questions I had about the car. When it came to the financing Albert and Bassem were friendly and upfront about all their financing and were never pushy. There was a small discrepancy on the financing that I was informed about but Albert made sure to get the deal completed and still stay in the parameters that were originally stated. I will recommend them for anyone I know looking for a vehicle before going to a larger dealership. The experience was a great one.When it’s time to buy a new car, I will make sure to go see them first for the car that I want. They have a great selection of cars all in pristine condition and the best makes and models. More
