My overcoming experience! So I came here yesterday and my entire experience was beyond words. Before I start I would like to thank Rick for his amazing service! He was very accommodating and understanding my desire. So I'm about to graduate high school and my dream has always been to go to school with a new car before I would graduate. I went to several and several meaning over 10 different dealers who were very rude, disrespectful, full of ignorance. Everyone would ignore me and think I was a 10 years old roaming around checking out cars. Nobody could match me to a car that suited me. I traveled to so many cities and ALL the dealers kept turning me down and kept telling me I couldn't get financed. I was fed up with it and decided to try one last place.. West coast autos. Entering West Coast Autos, for some reason I felt I was at home. A feeling that differed from all the others. First dealer to greet me by all the staff members and offer hot coffee and sweets in the back kitchen. At that point I was in deep comfort. Rick the manager salesman, greeted me and helped me pick out my new 2014 Chevy Camaro. What makes this whole situation crazy is Rick asked me what my style was and right away he knew exactly what I wanted. When he told me that I can get financed I felt tons of weight off my back. I was so excited and started jumping and screaming in the office. I just want to say that my entire experience was amazing and very professionally dealt with. I want to mostly thank the west coast team!!! More

I do think they need to help their translator (Miriam) however, after many mix-ups we finally got the correct information to my mom who was co-signing.
