Wait time 2 hrs for oil change too long. Receipt says tire rotation per customer request but tire was in same place when I left. Ladies bathroom under renovation had to use men’s bathroom which was a 30 tire rotation per customer request but tire was in same place when I left. Humiliation at Westchester Toyota, Yonkers, NY I would like to share a horrible experience during my visit to your service department on Friday June 14, 2019. Actually, my service advisor was ve I would like to share a horrible experience during my visit to your service department on Friday June 14, 2019. Actually, my service advisor was very courteous and the service was done as it should have been expected, but at the end of my visit after paying for the service rendered I was humiliated in front of my son and called a liar by " Stanley, Shop Forman". A Crack was found on my windshield that wasn't there before my visit to the dealership as the "Multipoint Inspection sheet" shows. Also NY inspection report shows that the vehicle passed which was performed during this visit on the same day. I proceeded to seek a gentleman in the office "Mr. Frantz Casimir" Operations Director that he ask me to leave the office and wait for him outside, then shortly disappeared and I was told that he left for the day. Actually, they didn't have the accountability to speak to me thinking that one disappointed customer will dissolve and go away due to no one in the service department listening or explaining. I was left ignored forced to leave. More
