Just to follow up this (although only indirectly connected to WT's sales-dept; I bought my service agreement with their service-dept as part of the sales-deal): I got an answer from the service director, telling me that he would contact me after speaking with the service agents. He never did. I understand him, though. What was he supposed to do? Taking my story at face value would imply Westchester Toyota 'losing face'. Maybe he would even have to fire someone too. That's simply too much to give away for one customer alleging to have been both cheated and treated badly...
