I SHOP AT THE CROSS COUNTY MALL AND NOTICED THE DEALERSHIP IN THE AREA. WANTED MY 98 CAMRY LOOKED AT BUT DONT LIKE TAKING IT JUST ANYWHERE AS IT HAS ONLY 42000 MILES. I SET UP AN APPT. I called and scheduled an appointment, which to my surprise actually went rather smoothly. I have tried making appointments with other service stations and convenience was always an issue. I had been in a gas station earlier in the week for a state inspection and was told that my corolla failed because it needed brakes. For some reason I did not trust the station. I explained what happened to the service man that greeted me and told me not to worry that it could always be worse. A few hours later I recieved a call giving me an update on my truck. I was shocked, they told me I had at least another 5,000 to 7,000 miles left on my front brakes and all I needed was a brake service for the rear brakes. I am glad I brought my car to them. It gave me piece of mind knowing that I didn't waste money fixing something I didn't need. I'm glad I took a chance with this dealership. More

I have a camry and one day i was driving to the gym and i heard a loud noise that came from the engine all of a sudden i lost all power to the car. I dropped off the car and i had to fill out a night drop off envelope ,I was kinda of skeptical of just leaving my car with no one at the dealer,but the next morning at 8:00 I got a ca ll from jose torres he explained to me that he'd be the service consultant taking care of my car. I was very impressed someone contacted me so quick. After checking my car out he told me the noise i heard was my water pump which also leaked onto my timing belt causing me to lose power. With that being said i thought i my car was going to be in the shop for a couple of days,but i was wrong they got the car done the same day and Jose even included the tow charge with my total with the help of his service and parts director Matt Dreier. This was my first experience with toyota but not the last. Thank you guys! By far the best Service Department I have ever dealt with. I have a 2001 Tacoma and few months ago the truck started running differently and seemed to lack power. I was told by two separate and reputable car repair professionals that I needed a new transmision. I had resolved myself to the fact that I would be spending a few thousand dollars on a new transission. I took the truck to Westchester Toyota to price a new transmission, hoping I would get a better warranty than being offered by the other service centers. I met with Rich Leon and Jose Torres, who after hearing my complaint, suggested that I have my truck checked by their mechanics rather than go for the big transmission repair. I agreed and thankfully I did. Turns out, my Tacoma needed a throttle sensor. That's it! The truck runs great and seems to be getting better gas mileage as well. The Service Center at Westchester Toyota saved me big money and I am extremely appreciative of their honesty and integrity. I now bring my 2004 Highlander there for repairs as well. I had stayed away from Dealer Based Service Centers in the past thinking that they were over-priced and not concerned about customer satisfaction. Westchester Toyota has changed my outlook and has made me a steady customer. More

My '93 Camry completely broke down on me last month. I had to have it towed in for service. When I met with Jose Torres he was very detailed and helpful. My car needed a lot of work which was going to be extremely costly. Unfortunately, I do not have a backup car and needed my Camry quickly. I explained to Jose that I could not afford to have everything fixed on my car at once and he was very understanding. He asked for assistance from Richard Leon to help reduce the cost in fixing my car. They were able to apply coupons to my service ticket which allowed me to pay for my repairs and get my car back as quickly as possible. I am very pleased with the way I was taken care of at Westchester Toyota and will definitely continue to service my car there as well as refer my friends and family. More
