Very disappointed with their repair shop. Most Very disappointed with their repair shop. Most importantly, their prices are very high. Almost $400 for a front brake job on a corolla??? And that is with only refinishing the rotors not even putting on new ones. And $300 to replace the drive belt? That is wayyyy too much, even for the area. I turned down almost all the repairs they suggested and did them myself. To bad for them because I was willing to pay a fair price, but not their inflated nonsense. Worst of all, while they were looking at my car. they managed to throw away my rear license plate bracket and put on one of theirs with their giant logo on it. I do not appreciate them throwing out something I BOUGHT. And even worse, they jammed one of their license plate brackets onto the front of my car and damaged the bumper in the process! They stripped the screw hole so my license place is falling off and the ripped off a bunch of the plastic on the bumper. They offered to mail me a new rear plate holder. As for the front bumper they damaged I am going to have to take a vacation day to take it in their and insist they replace my bumper (which I doubt they will). To be honest if they did not spend so much time ripping peoples license plates off maybe they would not have to charge as much! More

I have a new Toyota Camry less than a month old, and I am very satisfied with it. I rarely listen to the radio, except for a few specific stations. I was told that I had the trial membership to the Satellite very satisfied with it. I rarely listen to the radio, except for a few specific stations. I was told that I had the trial membership to the Satellite XM stations, however, i was never able to access them, and I didn't think about it until I received a letter from XM saying that I did have an activated 3 month trial membership, which I could then extend, once it expired. I called my Dealership & asked for my salesman, who was not at work that day. I told them my issue & said that I hope they can activate it remotely, however, I would be in New York all day & I could bring it by if they needed me to. Mr. Madera called me back, did some researching of the problem & I was asked to bring the vehicle in, if I could. When I arrived, he called from my car & spoke with someone from Satellite XM. It was clear to John Madera & to the people he was speaking with (I also briefly spoke with them)that the car Satellite signal had not been activated. "XM" said that they would activate it for the two remaining months, however, the loss of the one month (No XM Service)was the customer's responsibility (mine), for not notifying earlier. Rather than dispute with the XM person over the phone, John Madera paid for the monthly charge, right there, over the phone, using his own credit card. XM then activated (within 5 minutes)the service for 3 months.I think this was EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE delivered by John Madera. I was transformed from a potentially angry & disgruntled customer to an immensely satisfied and grateful customer. I am a recently retired Supervisor of a Customer Inquiry department of Con Edison. I know GOOD customer service, and the power of delivering a YES (rather than excuses). John created in me what we used to call a PMCE, a Positive Memorable Customer Experience. In addition, afterwards,he asked if there was anything else he could assist with. I mentioned two other items, with which he also helped. More
I had brought my new vehicle to the service department to have an alarm installed. After I received my vehicle, I noticed scratches on my new car. I spoke with Glenn and showed him the damage done. He assured me I would not incur costs and I was directed to Cara who helped arrange a car rental. My initial experience was negative because the backroom mechanics were not straightforward with the scratches. Glenn, Cara, and Frantz were very professional and sympathetic. I received my car, scratch free. Make sure you do a walk through of your vehicle before driving off. Thanks again Glenn, Cara and Frantz for assessing the matter and taking responsibility. More

The service adviser that you are assigned explains to you what has been found,if anything and what recommendations the car needs. Mr. Casmir has been very helpful and proactive on what is done in the service department. He is very attentive to needs of the customers. The staff seems to interact well with and reflects in the service. The service is great! I bring my vehicle in, it is serviced and I am out at reasonable time. There is also a shuttle service for those that require it. More

When I moved to Westchester, imagine my delight at finding Frantz as th was the service dealer. He always made sure the place was running smoothly. When I moved to Westchester, imagine my delight at finding Frantz as the service and parts director at Westchester Toyota. I always feel like I am his only customer - a rare feat in customer service these days. I had the pleasure of having Eric Stapen as my service consultant on my last visit and he was wonderful. He took excellent care of me from beginning to end, including setting up a rental car. I highly recommend the service department at Westchester Toyota. More
I usually service my car in the bronx, but my car broke down in Yonkers. I went to Westchester Toyota and I'm very pleased with my visit. The problem turned out to be a fuse, and they did not even charge me for the repair/replacement. They are awesome! One thing I can tell you is that from now on I will only bring my vehicle to them.
