Great Service We brought in our 2013 Corrolla for service. We had an oil change, tire rotation and winterization. Amazing Experience by a service Provider I brought my vehicle in for service today . This individual provided me with the greatest customer service I have received at any Toyota Dealership. I went over my service mileage and the computer continued to kick out the invoice refusing to complete the task. She immediately got on the phone with Toyota and resolve the issue and I was able to obtain my service as scheduled. More
Full Maintenence i really had a nasty appointment regards my maintenance because my car needed it a full change of oil, filter and auto care since it reach the miles i i really had a nasty appointment regards my maintenance because my car needed it a full change of oil, filter and auto care since it reach the miles it was required.. The first time i went they were really nice because they were selling me a car. Once, i have my car i went to do the maintenence and they only fix my wheels, today 9/03/2015 i went at 8:30am to my apointment since they mention to me that i have a free full maintenance in my car once it reach 30,000 miles. To my surprise they did not clean my filter, they did not perform anything they promise. Plus, since the first time i went to get my car they told me i was going to get a FREE full maintenance and today they were going to charge me for what i was supoosed to have for free since my car is new... The broke my back seat and they really are a liars and with sll this experience back and forth, i really do not recommend this place because once you buy a car they do not help you after or they do not even look after the customers to see how they are doing with their new cars.. i am very disgusted with this experience and i will forward all the pictures to the manager after the maintenance they did to my car.. This message is for HectorAlvarez, and all his team.. All i wanted it was a good service and to perform everything my car need it to be replace according to the FREE maintenance the warranty provides. Mr. Manny Duarte just help me to buy the car and after one week i need it to ask some questions regards the warranty told me he was to busy with another client. These definitely is not a good customer service and i will never come back to that dealer. Plus i do not recommend to deal with this people becaude they take advantage about your needs. i hope the manager take action of this event and help me to get my service done. Thank You More

Excellent customer service I went in for an oil change and I was greeted immediately with a warm and friendly approach. Afterwards I was introduced to Kris Swenson which was my Service Advisor for this visit. He welcomed me with a smile and sat me in his office to discuss the service being performed today. He explained to me what exactly was going to be performed on my vehicle and was on point with the estimated time frame. Furthermore, he addressed concerns (that I was experiencing) discovered during the free multipoint inspection. My overall visit was pleasant & fast, with out any confusion of the work that was performed. I will definitely make Kris Swenson my future service advisor. More

"Just an Inspection" Got a workable appointment for inspection just the day before. Was in an out in an hour. Scam service department Came in to do an overdue 90,000 mile tuneup which should include timing belt. First off I get a higher price than quotes over phone, which they won't honor since I don't remember name of the guy I spoke to (ends up being over $500 even with %20 coupon). Then Cara ends up recommending many many additional repairs and says that timing belt is not included. I said no to additional repairs but want timing belt done. She refused to do timing belt without driver belt. Then she refused to do inspection due to oil leaks (meanwhile I've never had low oil during oil changes). She also refuse spark plug without spark plug wires, but after I refused and was paying bill she says they 'were able' to do spark plugs after all. In the end she only put a small portion of 'recommended' repairs on print out as recommended (guess she didn't want to put attempted scam in writing). So I took car to a trustworthy local mechanic who said that basically I paid $500 for an oil change and that some of 'recommended' repairs weren't needed. Of course I passed inspection at the local mechanic. Basically, they get you in door and then don't supply required services, charge more than expected, and try to upsell you. More
