My first service they screwed up my cars alignment and I had to get my rotors cut/replaced. Next time they made me wait for 3 hours when they said it will only take 1 hour. They make notes to your profile so all the agents will deal with an attitude for your future visits. Be careful if they try to offer you service before your car hit the mileage for the service. More
