My first time at Westchester Toyota Scion was in 2005 when i bought my first brand new car a ScionxB my causin took me there cause he knew someone there who had helped him with his purchase of a Camry an when i bought my first brand new car a ScionxB my causin took me there cause he knew someone there who had helped him with his purchase of a Camry and he told me that he might help me also to purchase a new car. The sales rep was Landers, Excellent, Excellent, Excellent...Thats all i can say Landers Hall has been very professional and a great person. He has answered all my questions and concerns and is very attentive. One awesome person, he explained all the paperwork and helped me understand all about my purchase. It is always a great experience to deal with him and i would Recommend him and Westchester Toyota Scion 100% to any family and friends. I would like to commend Mr. Richard Rodriguez and his Sales Manager, Mr. Landers Hall on the overall great experience I had purchasing my vehicle at Westchester Toyota. It was refreshing to not have the Sales Manager, Mr. Landers Hall on the overall great experience I had purchasing my vehicle at Westchester Toyota. It was refreshing to not have the normal sales process of being pushed and pushed to complete the sale. It took me a little more than a month's time to make up my mind, yet Richard patiently answered all my questions and guided me along the way. After taking my vehicle I still had some questions that Mr. Hall was always willing to help me with. I've gone back to the dealership on several occasions and the customer service remains great even after the sale. Keep up the good work. More

When my wife and I entered Westchester Toyota, we were greeted by a very friendly Mr. Pedro Segura who introduced himself and listen attentively to our concerns and needs. Mr. Segura answered all of the questions we had about the Highlander and the Sienna. He proceeded to show both vehicles and point out the advantages and disadvantages they both presented for our family of 5. We went for a test drive in both vehicles and even though we loved them both, we decided the Sienna was the way to go. After going over the different models, with the assistance of Fausto Gonzalez, the Sales Manager, who by the way gave us a price we found to be very reasonable, we decided for the XLE model. The color my wife wanted was not available right away, but Mr. Gonzales promised we could have it within a week. (We had to wait only 2 days!!!) Kudos to Fausto!!! The delivery process was a breeze and we were out of the dealership driving our new Sienna in just over an hour. We had bought cars before, always with a lot of haggling and back and forth. None of that with these people!! More

Within five minutes of speaking with Sam, I felt comfortable and not pressured to purchase a vehicle on the spot. Sam was really knowledgable, funny, and all around a wonderful man. I went to Westchester Toyota to look at a lease on a new 2009 Camry, it was afetr I had been in few other dealrships in my area where I have to say it was not as pleasent as I thought it would be.
