The salesman Angel Diaz was waiting outside the building as we approached looking for a place to park the car we would be trading in. He didn't "jump" on us, but waited until we approached him to ask if he as we approached looking for a place to park the car we would be trading in. We eventually bought a new Scion as a result. He let us test drive, of course, and topped his service off by contributing $150 of his commission when our trade-in value of our used car came up short of what the dealership had originally promised. I Purchased Scion xb from Westchester Toyota/Scion. Sam was pleasant & not pushy. This is big based on the experiences we had previously had! Sam accommodated us with his time. Sam was patient, kind, helpful & delightful. Just before leaving we met the manager, Landers, who was also very pleasant, introducing himself and offering any assistance we may need. On Friday 2/27/09 we met Fabio. Fabio spent a fair amount of time with us. He was pleasant & clear. He never made us feel rushed, and showed a desire to be sure we were clear on everything. We were also able to get the financing we were looking for. Upon leaving the woman at the front congratualated us & wished us well. This was a surprisingly pleasant experience. Our questions were answered with knowledge & a desire to insure honesty and respect. More

I have a camry and one day i was driving to the gym and i heard a loud noise that came from the engine all of a sudden i lost all power to the car. I dropped off the car and i had to fill out a night drop off envelope ,I was kinda of skeptical of just leaving my car with no one at the dealer,but the next morning at 8:00 I got a ca ll from jose torres he explained to me that he'd be the service consultant taking care of my car. I was very impressed someone contacted me so quick. After checking my car out he told me the noise i heard was my water pump which also leaked onto my timing belt causing me to lose power. With that being said i thought i my car was going to be in the shop for a couple of days,but i was wrong they got the car done the same day and Jose even included the tow charge with my total with the help of his service and parts director Matt Dreier. This was my first experience with toyota but not the last. Thank you guys! The way they took care of the whole situation was great, for me not even having an appointment and getting the car back the same day was even greater. I' l More
