After being in the market for a used SUV for over a month and going to dealerships scattered in the tri-state area, I had started to wonder if I had just been in search of a car, service and value that just and going to dealerships scattered in the tri-state area, I had started to wonder if I had just been in search of a car, service and value that just didn't exist, then I was greeted at Westchester Toyota by Pedro Segura, who to my surprise based on what I had come to expect in the car business, listened to all my questions and concerns and took the time to extensively go over his inventory and show me vehicles that closely matched what I was looking for. After narrowing it down to two cars, and test driving them both, with the help of Anson Castillo, we came to a price and service agreement that I found reasonable. After just over two hours I was in the business office where I met Dennis Clark who in a matter of minutes took care of all the DMV forms and I was on my way home with a shining Certified Used Highlander that I simply love.
