I went to this dealership with my dad, looking for a 2004-2005 Toyota Camry that he wanted. When we spotted a car we were interested in, we noticed it didnt have a price on it, even though all the other 2004-2005 Toyota Camry that he wanted. She told us we would have to wait 45 minutes to speak to a sales associate(Yes. THAT long to take our $10,000, I KNOW) . We put our names on the list, and went to another dealership instead of waiting there. When we came back, we were greeted by a man named "Sam", who would be our salesman. We showed him the car we were interested in and he offered to get the keys for a test drive. When he came back out, he said the car had been sold, and no one had put the sign up on it. He then went on to say it was $12900 for the car. I told him Kelly Blue Book value is $10,775, and he said, in a VERY nasty tone, "Kelly Blue Book is a wholesale estimate, we sell cars at retail DEAR". That was so frustrating for us. He must have thought we were idiots to give us that line. He came across as such a scumball, as he was rambling on about how he could show us something else, something NEWER, it was something out of a comedy sketch.I think he was rushing us along because there was a couple after us that he thought was going to buy a new car. As we were about to leave, he makes a comment about my family's appearance, which i will not share because I am still fuming over it. THE WORST costumer service I have ever dealt with. And to put the icing on the cake, as we are leaving we spot a couple test driving the very car we wanted to buy! I called the dealership the next day and was told that the car was available, I told "monique" (the person helping me on the phone, if you can call it help) what happened and she said she would have to contact the inventory manager to make 100% sure it was truly available. I called EVERY DAY, 3 times a day, for the past 3 days, and have yet to hear from this manager. Finally some girl just answered the phone this morning and said it was available, at least on her computer, so I took that at face value, without verification from management and gave up. I asked her the price on their computer and she said "$10,775"!!!! I knew then that I was not going to put up with such poor costumer service. I'm so frustrated with this dealership, and WILL NOT BE BUYING NOT EVEN A FLOOR MAT FROM THEM. I got better service at the fordham dealership, and that place is in a bad bad BAD side of town. Unprofessional mess they were at Westchester. And to think I am going to purchase a car for myself soon and they missed out on TWO sales. GOOD RIDDANCE. More

Worst experience I've had in a dealer ever. Jaime was my sales person and he was very unprofessional from the start. He told me he had the car in another lot and so i left a deposit. Four days and i never g sales person and he was very unprofessional from the start. He told me he had the car in another lot and so i left a deposit. No one ever returned my phone calls and after speaking with several other people i was finally told that they couldn't find the car. They lied to me from the very start. Like I said there is no professionalism, especially from Jaime. Keep away from this dealer, they even wanted to charge me a "prep fee", that is $400 to have stickers removed and car cleaned....what a scam!!!! Don't waste your time with these [violative content deleted]...the people i dealt with were [violative content deleted] and all rude. I repeat don't waste your time and don't be fooled by its "good" internet ratings. More

I SHOP AT THE CROSS COUNTY MALL AND NOTICED THE DEALERSHIP IN THE AREA. WANTED MY 98 CAMRY LOOKED AT BUT DONT LIKE TAKING IT JUST ANYWHERE AS IT HAS ONLY 42000 MILES. I SET UP AN APPT. THE CONSULTANT GLENN WAS GREAT! RECOMMENDED THINGS BUT WAS NEVER PUSHY. THEY GOT ME IN AND OUT IN ABOUT 2 HOURS. THE FACILITY WAS CLEAN AND THE STAFF WAS GREAT. GLENN WENT OVER THE CHARGES AND GOT ME GOING. OVER ALL EVERY THING WENT SMOOTH. A++ SERVICE!! WILL RECOMMEND.. WOULD RETURN AGAIN. TWO THUMBS UP. More
I called and scheduled an appointment, which to my surprise actually went rather smoothly. I have tried making appointments with other service stations and convenience was always an issue. I had been in a gas station earlier in the week for a state inspection and was told that my corolla failed because it needed brakes. For some reason I did not trust the station. I explained what happened to the service man that greeted me and told me not to worry that it could always be worse. A few hours later I recieved a call giving me an update on my truck. I was shocked, they told me I had at least another 5,000 to 7,000 miles left on my front brakes and all I needed was a brake service for the rear brakes. I am glad I brought my car to them. It gave me piece of mind knowing that I didn't waste money fixing something I didn't need. I'm glad I took a chance with this dealership. More

When I decided to buy a Prius I called, emailed, and visited, five or six dealerships in NY, NJ, and Connecticut. Every dealership reported that our preferred model and color was not available (Prius IV visited, five or six dealerships in NY, NJ, and Connecticut. Every dealership reported that our preferred model and color was not available (Prius IV, red, bisque leather), was not likely to be coming in, and we were advised that we should order our car and wait. The one exception was Westchester Toyota: they called the day I sent the email (Sunday, August 2, 2009) and reported that they had the car in stock, in the precise model and color we wanted. I asked if I could put down a deposit to hold the car, but the dealership declined, saying that deposits could only be made in person, after a test drive. I did arrange to visit the dealership in one week, Saturday, August 8, an arrangement that involved my leaving work early, hiring a babysitter, and renting a car for $75 for the drive from Manhattan. Between Monday, August 3, 2009, and Saturday, August 8th, I was called by, or I called, the dealership every day to confirm that the car we wanted was still available and in stock (eight total phone calls); on each occasion they said that they were holding the car for me, and Friday, even said that their dealership had a program that would allow me to drive the car away the same day. In preparation for that we went to our bank, got a small car loan, and intended to buy the car with cash. When we arrived at Westchester Toyota they did NOT have the car, had never had our preferred car in stock, and in fact did not have any Prius of any color/package/price available. The sales person was pretty embarrassed, very professional, and seemed to have had nothing to do with the scam. Incredibly, as I drove off the lot i disgust I called the Westchester Toyota from my cellphone inquiring about the same red prius with bisque leather, and was again told "yes, we have that car in stock, come in for a test drive."
