Not only did they deliver the car to my house (which is almost an hour away) but when I had a problem a month later (a small fender bender) they picked the car up, fixed it, and again delivered it back to me. You could not even tell the car had ever been in an accident! I will definitely do business with them again...i will be buying a car for my daughter from them in the next 6 months! More

I visited this dealer once before but did not make a deal. After my initial visit I received a follow up phone call from the General Sales Manager Anson Castillo. Mr. Castillo asked that I return to m deal. After my initial visit I received a follow up phone call from the General Sales Manager Anson Castillo. Mr. Castillo asked that I return to meet with him so that he can go over my offer and hopefully work out a deal to both our liking. They are a bunch of thieves. They charge people $500 for a "bank fee". There is no bank fee. They charge for "Dealer prep" when all they do is wash your car and remove some of the protective paper and plast a "bank fee". There is no bank fee. Any customer can do that job themselves and save money. They also charge the customers "Destination fee". The destination fee is already included in the invoice so they charge the fee again and trick the customer. Here is a piece of their profit system. For new cars: Out of 100% of the total profit of the sale, $120 goes to the parts department, then they give the salesman 10% and the dealership takes the rest. Then you have to deal with the financial department. They literally will "xxxx" you by convincing you to get a bunch of unneeded extras. From that they give the salesman an extra 20% of the profit and the dealership keeps the rest. More

This is a "Toyota Certified My Nightmare in Westchester Toyota! Start with the "Bait & Switch". The car that they had for sale "Sold" in 15 minutes. This is a "Toyota Certified used car". Toyota Camry 2005. In my opinion the only thing certified is that "it is a Car". Next is the "Dealer prep charge" of $500.00. You are paying for the 160 point inspection that they supposedly did. This is on top of the charge built into the cars price. They are double charging you. Next is the Battery that has to be replaced the day after you bring the car home because it is dead. Next are the four badly scratched hub caps that they replaced the new ones with. I had to buy new ones. Move on to the second key that was for another car. They refused to provide me with a signed copy of the supposed "160 point check". They refused to tell me or provide me with paperwork on what the "Certified Used car" covered(The paperwork is in the mail!). The dealership is far away and I am still waiting for my calls to be returned or he has left for the day. I just prey that I receive the Title in the mail. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT buy here. I just wish that I had read these reviews or I would not have gone here! More
I have had my 2008 Rav4 serviced at WT since new. I was a loyal customer until they started playing games at the 15k service. Things has gotten progressively more expensive in earlier services, but I thou a loyal customer until they started playing games at the 15k service. Things has gotten progressively more expensive in earlier services, but I thought it would get cheaper again after a fairly hefty 10k service. But I discovered with the 15k that there were lots of "add ons" that I didn't request (but of course got paid for) and wouldn't have known about unless I'd asked for an itemized bill. The bills they present you with are utterly indecipherable, unless you spend about an hour walking through it with one of their reps (Willie), which I did. They break down the costs in such a strange and fragmented manner that it's impossible to tell what's what. When you do get to the bottom of things, It turns out there are additional things like "dry gas" treatments that they don't tell you about but lump in anyway to a regular service. When I asked to see the bottle, not trusting that they'd done it, Willie went to the "back" to get it (another big problem - you can never see the service bays). Presto!, there was a bottle of some additive that had been "put in my gas tank." OK, so I'll take that at face value, but I wanted to know why they charged me $8 for something that had a price label of $2.94 on the bottle. Willie was unable to explain that. They also charged me nearly $5 for additional windscreen wiper fluid, and I'd *just* filled that up the day before! He later claimed he took these items off the bill when I got a revised version (half an hour later), but he didn't. He flat out lied. I didn't argue about these things because they were small potatoes to the wheel alignment problem. That was a beauty. Early in the morning, Willie claimed that the car (at 15,000 miles) needed alignment. I said "sure but I want to see the alignment report first". They didn't produce this, and then the alignment was done without running a computer report to show me the alignment stats for either before or after the procedure. The car was just brought around and $150 was added to the bill. I asked them to put it back on the rack and run a report, but with no "before" report the "after" was somewhat meaningless. Getting it back on the rack took about another hour. All in all I waited from 7;30am until nearly noon. The "gourmet coffee" and Dunkin' Donuts weren't quite sufficient to make up for my wasted morning. Total service bill: nearly $700 for a 15,000 service. Avoid these losers at all cost. THEY WILL HOSE YOU! They claimed they'd follow up with a phone call to discuss my concerns within the week. That call never came. More

I told him I was truly interested in purchasing the vehicle, but I was in a rush to get my children. He expedited the process in addition to giving me a great deal. The general sales manager, the manager, the finance manager and the sales manager were all awesome. They made sure I was very comfortable while I waited, by offering me water, coffee, tea or a snack.
