My wife and I shopped around looking at several different makes and models. We narrowed it down to a Honda Civic and the Toyota Camry. I definately would not recommend this dealership. I went tp purchase a used camry and had agreed upon a deal and signed a deal memo on it (including pricing and monthly payments). i was rushed to get insur tp purchase a used camry and had agreed upon a deal and signed a deal memo on it (including pricing and monthly payments). i was rushed to get insurance and all of the paperwork that the bank needed. the next day, my salesman, Jamie, called me and said taht everythign was all ready to go, all i had to do was come in to finish the final paperwork (i had my previous trade-ion car towed there, left a deposit and already bought insurance the day before). Jamie promised me it would only take 25 minutes and convinced me that I could do this during my lunch break since we had already began the paper work and got bank approval. he came to pick me up from my job and brought me to the dealership - he firrst told me to move my belongings from the trade-in car to the new car which i did and then leaving me in the middle of the dealership for almost an hour when he knew i had to get back to work. Finally he brought me upstairs to meet with Joe - in the fiannce department. Joe put papers in front of my face and told me to sign them - when i looked at them, i saw that the monthly payments were almost $200 per month more than what i had previously agreed to. I was very upset and then pressured into ourchasing another car. Joe told me it would be for t he same price as the original car but was a better 'certified' car and would therefore include a warranty. he then walked away from me and left me for another hour and when he came back told me that i couldnt have that car because it was already promised to another customer. Again, i was presured to agreeing to buy another car, also for the same price as the original car but was a better 'certified' car and would therefore include a warranty. however this car had a strange noise to the engine - but i was hassled and told taht it didnt matter because it came with a warranty. i was so stressed and had then missed hours of work. when i got home later and looked again at the paperwork, i saw that they did not give me the car for the same price as the original car!!! I WAS SNEAKILY CHARGED $3000 FOR THE CERTIFICATION AND WARRANTY - AND THEY NEVER INFORMED ME OF THIS. Even after complaining to managment, the did not fix the problem. Instead they 'allowed' me to cancell the warranty and refunded my money. now i have a car that makes noises and no warranty. this dealership caused me soooo much stress. every employee there tells you something different than the next - it was seriously the worst experience i have ever been through. after i told this story to several of my friends, co-workers, and family members, i learned that many of them have had horrible experiences at westchester toyota also. DONT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP - SAVE YOU SELF LOTS OF TROUBLE, MISERY AND STRESS!!!! More

I had a very good experience at this dealership. I shopped around and found the very best price here. Everyone was friendly and went out of their way to make this a positive experience. Not only did shopped around and found the very best price here. Everyone was friendly and went out of their way to make this a positive experience. Not only did they deliver the car to my house (which is almost an hour away) but when I had a problem a month later (a small fender bender) they picked the car up, fixed it, and again delivered it back to me. You could not even tell the car had ever been in an accident! I will definitely do business with them again...i will be buying a car for my daughter from them in the next 6 months! More

I visited this dealer once before but did not make a deal. After my initial visit I received a follow up phone call from the General Sales Manager Anson Castillo. Mr. Castillo asked that I return to meet with him so that he can go over my offer and hopefully work out a deal to both our liking. To make a long story short, we met and we agreed on the numbers and just like that I drove off with my new Camry XLE. They have a great team there. More
They are a bunch of thieves. They charge people $500 for a "bank fee". There is no bank fee. They charge for "Dealer prep" when all they do is wash your car and remove some of the protective paper and plast a "bank fee". There is no bank fee. They charge for "Dealer prep" when all they do is wash your car and remove some of the protective paper and plastic coverings from the interior. Any customer can do that job themselves and save money. They also charge the customers "Destination fee". The destination fee is already included in the invoice so they charge the fee again and trick the customer. Here is a piece of their profit system. For new cars: Out of 100% of the total profit of the sale, $120 goes to the parts department, then they give the salesman 10% and the dealership takes the rest. Then you have to deal with the financial department. They literally will "xxxx" you by convincing you to get a bunch of unneeded extras. From that they give the salesman an extra 20% of the profit and the dealership keeps the rest. More
