Initially, I was feeling very skeptical about dealing with a car saleman who seemed to be so young. Mr. Berry quickly gained my confidence and put my fears to rest. I did not know what model car I was looking for, I only knew what my needs were and what my budget could allow. Mr. Berry assisted me with my selection of the Rav-4. He was very knowledgable about all three editions of the Rav-4, it was quite apparent that he had done hia homework(at least for this model). Everyone at the dealership was polite and courteous, all of my questions were answered politely no matter how trivial.I would highly recommened Westchester Toyota Dealership to all of my family, friends, and associates. I will also continue to do business with them in the future. Yours Truly, Beverly Greene More

Westchester Toyota is the most honorable dealership that I have been involved with. I have owned several different Toyota vehicles over the past 17 years and have had some really negative experiences relate I have been involved with. I have owned several different Toyota vehicles over the past 17 years and have had some really negative experiences related to buying a new or used car or getting the vehicle serviced. I found Westchester Toyota about 7 years ago when I was looking for a new Sienna mini van. I did a great deal of research on line prior to my visit to this dealership and had gotten burned by at least 3 other Toyota dealers in the NYC/NJ area. The prices that were listed were listed on line or in the paper were not accurate and the inventory was limited. I was treated very fairly at Westchester Toyota and they stood behind all advertised pricing and had a good selection of inventory. The sales staff and financing department were great and I have had excellent experiences with the service department as well. They are a quality organization and I recommend them highly. I have purchased 3 vehicles from them over the past 7 years and would not consider going to any other dealer for service or buying a new or used vehicle. More
We purchased a 2009 RAV4 Limited loaded with options in October 2008. During this period in the year, all dealers are selling off their 2008 models to give way to the new 2009s. We were interested to see October 2008. During this period in the year, all dealers are selling off their 2008 models to give way to the new 2009s. We were interested to see the difference between those year models hence we called and visited almost all Toyota dealerships in New York City and nearby places. To our dismay, no one has the 2009 model on their lots yet but we found-out that Westchester Toyota amazingly has plenty of them parked in their lot. We were assisted by sales agents Mr. Landers and Mr. Pedro Segura who granted our requests in a very friendly manner. As per our small request, Mr. Segura graciously brought us to a nearby warehouse 15 minutes away from their location to show us their new models. He encouraged us to get inside the car and inspect the features esp. the smart key system, the back-up camera, and the JBL stereo. The front grilles, headlight case and fog lights were upgraded. Those 09 features won our hearts over the 08s. This experience we did not get from other Toyota dealerships in the area. The agents on other dealerships would eagerly bring us to their desks to discuss the price and hook us to sign a deal and make a deposit without taking care of our request. Their agents’ main concern is to have us trapped to buy from them even though they don’t have the units yet. We simply didn’t like those lures. What’s important to us is to see the car first because it could greatly help us make a decision. After seeing the model that we liked, we negotiated the price and was given to us at the True Market Value - what others were paying at that time, as published at Edmunds.com which is way lower than the MSRP. After that, we were led to the financial services department to talk about the APR, the additional accessories such as alarm and Lo-jack. It was ideal and enjoyable up to this point. We were handled by Agent Dennis, and to our dismay he maybe a lemon to a small degree in Westchester Toyota. We were told to wait for a while until it was past eight in the evening; all of us were hurrying-up to leave the place. Dennis became avoidant to answer questions. He was unyielding to our bargains on the APR and was wanting on the details of the VIP alarm he was selling. He was successful to force us get a higher APR than we are supposed to get. I almost walked-out and rejected the deal. He even misspelled my name that was carried out on all the printed documents, and he won’t reprint it. That said, it was a bit of irritant but should not affect the dealer’s rating. By and large, we still got an excellent customer service from Mr. Landers and Mr. Pedro Segura, and we would still highly recommend this dealership. Don’t forget Dennis, I would recommend to get another financial service agent if he were to handle you. More
My wife and I shopped around looking at several different makes and models. We narrowed it down to a Honda Civic and the Toyota Camry. I definately would not recommend this dealership. I went tp purchase a used camry and had agreed upon a deal and signed a deal memo on it (including pricing and monthly payments). i was rushed to get insur tp purchase a used camry and had agreed upon a deal and signed a deal memo on it (including pricing and monthly payments). i was rushed to get insurance and all of the paperwork that the bank needed. the next day, my salesman, Jamie, called me and said taht everythign was all ready to go, all i had to do was come in to finish the final paperwork (i had my previous trade-ion car towed there, left a deposit and already bought insurance the day before). Jamie promised me it would only take 25 minutes and convinced me that I could do this during my lunch break since we had already began the paper work and got bank approval. he came to pick me up from my job and brought me to the dealership - he firrst told me to move my belongings from the trade-in car to the new car which i did and then leaving me in the middle of the dealership for almost an hour when he knew i had to get back to work. Finally he brought me upstairs to meet with Joe - in the fiannce department. Joe put papers in front of my face and told me to sign them - when i looked at them, i saw that the monthly payments were almost $200 per month more than what i had previously agreed to. I was very upset and then pressured into ourchasing another car. Joe told me it would be for t he same price as the original car but was a better 'certified' car and would therefore include a warranty. he then walked away from me and left me for another hour and when he came back told me that i couldnt have that car because it was already promised to another customer. Again, i was presured to agreeing to buy another car, also for the same price as the original car but was a better 'certified' car and would therefore include a warranty. however this car had a strange noise to the engine - but i was hassled and told taht it didnt matter because it came with a warranty. i was so stressed and had then missed hours of work. when i got home later and looked again at the paperwork, i saw that they did not give me the car for the same price as the original car!!! I WAS SNEAKILY CHARGED $3000 FOR THE CERTIFICATION AND WARRANTY - AND THEY NEVER INFORMED ME OF THIS. Even after complaining to managment, the did not fix the problem. Instead they 'allowed' me to cancell the warranty and refunded my money. now i have a car that makes noises and no warranty. this dealership caused me soooo much stress. every employee there tells you something different than the next - it was seriously the worst experience i have ever been through. after i told this story to several of my friends, co-workers, and family members, i learned that many of them have had horrible experiences at westchester toyota also. DONT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP - SAVE YOU SELF LOTS OF TROUBLE, MISERY AND STRESS!!!! More
